The Kitfort KT-532 represents a modern generation of robotic vacuum cleaners without a turbo brush. The lack of a turbo brush simplifies maintenance, as it picks up a large amount of hair and fur during cleaning, requiring constant cleaning. Thanks to two side brushes and strong suction, the device is capable of effectively cleaning all types of flooring. Additionally, the kit includes a separate, removable wet cleaning module with an automatic mopping function. Learn more about these and other features of this robotic vacuum cleaner in our Kitfort KT-532 review.

Functional capabilities

As mentioned at the beginning of our review, the robot vacuum cleaner cleans with two side brushes. These allow it to thoroughly pick up dirt and dust along baseboards and sweep out of corners. Thanks to its strong suction, the Kitfort KT-532 can clean low-pile carpets. The device directs all collected debris into the dust bin, which is equipped with a coarse filter and a HEPA fine filter.

If you want your robot to not only sweep the floor, but also mop it, install a cleaning unit, pre-filled with water and a microfiber cloth, on the bottom and start the device.

Main modes of the robot vacuum cleaner:

  1. Automatic mode is activated by pressing the "Auto" button on the remote control. In this mode, the robot vacuum cleaner cleans the entire cleaning area, automatically selecting the optimal path and switching modes based on information received from its sensors.
  2. Wall-Mounted Mode – Activate the "Edge" button on the remote control. This mode allows the robot to clean along walls and in corners.
  3. Random — activated by pressing the "Random" button on the infrared remote control. Movement begins in a serpentine pattern, and then the Kitfort KT-532 selects a route based on signals received from its sensors.
  4. Local mode – activated by pressing the "Spot" button on the vacuum cleaner body. This mode can also be activated during automatic cleaning when the machine detects heavy dirt thanks to sensors in the air duct. Dirt is removed in a spiral pattern over a small area no larger than one square meter.

The downside of a "smart" robot cleaner is the lack of a programmable cleaning schedule and a motion limiter. However, even without these features, an inexpensive robot vacuum cleaner can be considered an effective home assistant.
