Hobot LEGEE-D7: The Best Robot Vacuum for Hair and Pet Hair in 2022

Hello to all readers of this site! In this review, I'll be looking at the new Hobot LEGEE-D7 robot vacuum cleaner. Looking ahead, I'd like to point out that this is one of the most functional and practical robot vacuum cleaners of 2022. Furthermore, the robot is equipped with unique design solutions that enhance cleaning efficiency and ease of use and maintenance. Below, I'll detail all the features of the device, test it in real-world conditions, and then express my opinion on whether the new Hobot LEGEE-D7 is worth buying. The launch price is expected to be around $600, placing it in the premium segment. This model is expected to go on sale in the Russian Federation in the summer of 2022. So, let's get started!
Equipment
The robot vacuum cleaner arrived in a branded box like this:
The first thing that catches your eye is the information that the Hobot LEGEE D-7 supports 5 GHz Wi-Fi and can be controlled via Siri, Yandex.Alice, and Google Assistant. This is the robot's first major advantage.
The package includes:
- Charging base.
- Power adapter.
- Bottle for pouring water into the tank.
- Documentation for the robot vacuum cleaner.
- Two spare microfiber cloths.
- Two spare side brushes.
- Spare HEPA filter.
- Set of spare nozzles for water spraying.
- A branded ballpoint pen, which is most likely just a personal gift from the manufacturer.
The kit is complete, including all the spare parts needed to operate the robot vacuum cleaner. That's a plus!
Appearance
Now let's take a look at the Hobot LEGEE-D7's design. It's white. Its D-shaped body allows for better cleaning of corners. The textured top cap gives it a very stylish look.
A soft-touch mechanical bumper is installed at the front. The control panel features four mechanical control buttons: start/pause, forced return to the charging base, child lock, and mode switch.
A lidar system is responsible for navigation. It is equipped with a spring-loaded button that prevents the robot from getting stuck under furniture.
The dust collector and water tank are located under the top cover. The water tank is non-removable and holds up to 320 ml of water. The cleaning tool is conveniently stored nearby.
The dust container holds 500 ml of dry waste. It features a HEPA-based filtration system and a mesh filter, both of which are washable with water.
It's important to note that the dust bin has two emptying ports. The robot also has two suction channels. Here's what they look like:
The Hobot LEGEE-D7 features a unique design: a suction port in front of the central brush for pre-collecting light debris such as pet hair. According to the manufacturer, this solution eliminates hair tangling by 80%, significantly simplifying maintenance and cleaning. This technology is called Tangless Suction, which literally translates as tangle-free suction.
The robot vacuum cleaner is equipped with four fall protection sensors. The charging terminals are located next to the swivel caster, rather than on the back of the body, as on its predecessor. Legee 7, which was also reviewed. The central brush block does not float.
Between the central brush and the cleaning cloth are four nozzles for delivering water directly to the floor. We'll come back to them later. There's a single side brush: a three-pronged, quick-release design. It's positioned on the corner of the body for thorough sweeping of debris in corners. The central brush is a non-detachable, bristle-petal brush. Only the cap on one side is removable.
The cloth is quite thick and is attached to the platform with Velcro. Admittedly, the cloth is quite thick and much better made than those on most other robot vacuums.
Now, I'd like to highlight two design features of the Hobot LEGEE-D7. The first is the water supply system. It's very well-designed. Unlike most other robots, where water flows from the tank through the cloth onto the floor, washing away dirt, the LEGEE D7 has special nozzles installed in front of the cloth. These spray water onto the floor, dissolving dirt and stains, after which the cloth collects and absorbs the liquid. Furthermore, the water supply is intelligently adjusted based on floor temperature. The warmer the floor, the more water is dispensed.
The second design feature is the lifting mechanism of the cleaning cloth. When entering carpets, the robot vacuum automatically lifts the cleaning cloth platform by 6 mm, creating a small gap between the cleaning cloth and the carpet. This allows the robot vacuum to simultaneously vacuum and mop the floor, leaving carpets dry and clean after cleaning. The cleaning cloth platform also automatically lifts when driving over obstacles and while the robot is charging at the docking station. Furthermore, the mechanism not only lifts the cleaning cloth but also presses it down onto the floor on hard surfaces. The pressure applied to the surface reaches 600 grams, allowing the robot to scrub away dirt rather than simply collect dust. This feature will be verified during testing.
It's also worth noting that the Hobot LEGEE-D7 has tracks instead of wheels, making the robot less likely to slip on wet floors.
We've reviewed all the design features. As you can see, the Hobot LEGEE-D7 is a truly unique robot vacuum cleaner. The build quality is high.
Technical specifications
The main technical characteristics of the Hobot LEGEE D7, as declared by the manufacturer:
- Li-Ion battery 4900 mAh.
- Suction power 2700 Pa.
- Cleaning area up to 240 sq.m.
- Battery life up to 140 min.
- Dust collector 500 ml.
- Water tank 320 ml.
- Obstacle clearance up to 20 mm.
- Dimensions 340*339*98 mm.
Overall, the specifications are not significantly different from its predecessor, the Legee 7, and are standard for the premium segment. The battery capacity has been increased slightly, but the water tank has been reduced by 20 ml. But most importantly, the slip resistance has been increased to 20 mm, while the Legee 7 can only climb thresholds up to 5 mm.
Functional capabilities
Let's move on to an overview of the Hobot LEGEE D7's features. The robot vacuum is controlled via a proprietary mobile app and buttons on the body. Connecting to a Wi-Fi network was straightforward. Follow the manufacturer's instructions. The app interface is in Russian. Some phrases are not yet fully translated, but this is because the robot is still being prepared for market launch. By the time it goes on sale, the app will be fully translated.
The main control panel first offers a choice of 8 operating modes for various applications. One of these modes is Custom, which allows you to customize the water flow level, suction power, turbo brush speed, and robot speed. You can also turn the suction in front of the turbo brush on or off.
After selecting a cleaning mode, proceed to the robot vacuum cleaner control section. This displays a map of the room, which the Hobot LEGEE-D7 automatically zoned into rooms. Below the map are key details about the previous cleaning and the battery percentage. Below that are functions such as forced return to the charging base, complete cleaning pause, start/pause, map management, and manual control.
In the map management section, we see that the Hobot LEGEE-D7 can store several unique maps in its memory. Here, you can set up a custom cleaning mode for each room, create virtual walls and no-go zones where the robot should not enter, and also create special zones (user zones and obstacle zones). I'll cover these two features in detail and show you how they work.
The light obstacle zone is a rectangular area marked on the map where the Hobot LEGEE D7 disables its lidar and moves through it, essentially by force, using only the soft-touch mechanical bumper. Such obstacles can include curtains that robotic vacuums don't clean, or, for example, a bedspread hanging over the bed. Here's how it works:
In the first case (on the left), the robot vacuum cleaner moves according to the standard algorithm. You can see that it barely touches the curtains and then moves away. If you set a special user zone along the curtain, the robot will move along the baseboard, passing through the curtain. A very cool solution that I haven't seen in other robots before!
And the second useful feature is an obstacle zone that can get the Hobot LEGEE D7 stuck. A common problem is with clothes dryer legs, which are often the cause of robotic vacuum cleaners getting stuck. If you install such a zone in the dryer area, the robot will carefully navigate around the legs and won't try to climb them. Another unique and useful solution!
You can also use the editor to name rooms and edit the boundaries of these rooms.
The app also features a help section, a cleaning log, and scheduled cleaning settings. When setting up a schedule, you can select the rooms you want to clean, the time and days of the week, individual cleaning parameters for each room, or a general cleaning mode.
The last section I'd like to explore is additional settings. Here you can see the status of the water tank and dust bin, and enable a gentle obstacle avoidance mode for the entire area and a child lock. When setting up voice alerts, you can choose their language, including Russian, and, what's really cool, you can record your own voice commands for each action.
You can also leave voice reminders and set the time for the robot to play them. A unique feature! Volume control and a do-not-disturb mode are included.
These are all the main features of the Hobot LEGEE-D7. I'd like to reiterate that this robot vacuum cleaner supports voice assistant control and recognizes carpets. On carpets, it not only lifts the cleaning cloth but also automatically increases suction power. It also features a function to continue cleaning after charging in the base station.
Of course, the robot has full functionality, and you can very flexibly adjust the cleaning parameters to suit your own conditions.
Testing
A detailed video review of the Hobot LEGEE-D7, including all tests, has already been prepared and published on the channel. I recommend watching the video:
Navigation
Finally, let's move on to the tests. First, we'll test the Hobot LEGEE D7's navigation in a room with obstacles. First, the robot vacuum cleaner navigates the perimeter of the room. It briefly got stuck on the dryer's legs, but remember, you can enable the gentle touch and obstacle avoidance feature in these areas. After completing the perimeter, the robot cleans the entire accessible area in a snake-like motion and returns to the base. It swept around the box separately, but the Hobot LEGEE D7 didn't clean around the chair legs, although it did manage to get under the chair. In any case, the test was a success!
As for navigation within the home, the algorithm remains the same: the Hobot LEGEE D7 cleans room by room, first along the perimeter, then in a serpentine pattern. There are no uncleaned areas left; this model has excellent navigation!
Suction power
The actual suction power of the Hobot LEGEE-D7 was a pleasant surprise. This robot vacuum cleaner was able to suck up debris even from a 10mm gap. In reality, the robot proved to be very powerful, which is a big plus for this new product!
Dry cleaning of laminate flooring
The Hobot LEGEE-D7 also picks up all types of debris on laminate floors with excellent results, including perfectly cleaning corners.
Here's another look at how well it sweeps out the corners:
At the same time, hair and fur practically do not tangle around the central brush. Most of the debris is collected in the dust collector. Test passed!
Carpet cleaning
The Hobot LEGEE D7 also does a good job of cleaning carpets, unlike other robotic floor cleaners in the Hobot LEGEE line, which are not designed for this purpose.
Wet cleaning
The wet cleaning performance is very high. Although the new product lacks the unique moving platforms for which Hobot robots are renowned, the LEGEE D7 is still capable of removing light stains from floors and producing a high-quality, streak-free finish. That's a plus!
It's also important to note that the Hobot LEGEE-D7 vacuums and mops at the same time!
Wet cleaning and carpets
When it comes to wet cleaning on carpeted floors, the robot can recognize carpeting and automatically lift the cloth when it enters it. This ensures carpets are always kept dry and clean. This is a very useful feature!
Collection of hair and wool
I also tested the effectiveness of the hair and fur pre-collection feature. A significant amount of this debris was scattered on the floor, and the robot was able to collect it all, leaving the floor clean. Let's take a look at the cleaning module's condition:
We see that some hair is tangled around the side brush, which is easy to clean. Another small amount is tangled around the center brush. However, the bulk of the fur and hair is still collected in the dust container. Wow!
Under normal household conditions, the robot also demonstrated high-quality collection of hair, fur, and other debris, while maintaining the brushes in better condition. No hair or fur got tangled in them, and all debris was in the dust bin.
I can say that the light debris pre-collection function has proven its effectiveness and I think that the Hobot LEGEE D7 is one of the best, if not The best robot vacuum cleaner for pet hair in 2022, if not the best.
Obstacle clearance
The Hobot LEGEE D7 has good maneuverability. It can overcome 2 cm thresholds and, accordingly, can climb medium-pile carpets.
Driving on dark surfaces
Unfortunately, the Hobot LEGEE-D7 is wary of dark surfaces and detects them by elevation changes. I've already reported this issue to the manufacturer, and they'll try to fix it. If they succeed, I'll let you know separately.
Noise level
Finally, I'll check the noise level of the Hobot LEGEE-D7 in different modes. At minimum power, the noise level is between 60-62 dB. At medium power, the noise level increases to 64-67 dB, and at maximum power, the peak was 72 dB. Yes, the noise level is elevated, but this is due to the high suction power, so there are no complaints.
Personal opinion
Hobot LEGEE D7 has been thoroughly reviewed and tested. our evaluation system he managed to gain 146 points, as well asLydsto W2 V overall ranking of robotic vacuum cleaners, which passed the test on robovac.washerhouse.com! It received a maximum additional 10 points for a number of unique functional and design features, which will be listed in the machine's advantages. If it had a removable central brush and the robot was resistant to dark surfaces, then +3 points would have made the overall result the best among the robots I tested.
It's worth noting that the algorithm will be adjusted soon, and the ratings may change slightly, as the robots' capabilities expand, requiring the addition of several new important parameters.
I'll share my thoughts on the Hobot LEGEE-D7 after a detailed review and test. I liked the following:
- High suction power.
- D-shaped body for better sweeping of debris into corners.
- Pre-collection of wool and hair with a suction hole.
- Raising the platform with a napkin when driving onto carpeted surfaces.
- Water supply to the floor through nozzles.
- High quality dry and wet cleaning.
- The robot vacuum cleaner is capable of vacuuming and mopping the floor at the same time.
- Good navigation.
- A wide range of settings and functions in the proprietary mobile app for flexible cleaning settings.
- High-quality cleaning in areas with curtains.
- Careful movement in areas with obstacles where the robot may get stuck.
- Supports 5GHz Wi-Fi.
- Complete set.
- Possibility to install a creative voice pack.
- Support for control via voice assistants, including Yandex.Alice.
- High quality assembly.
- Availability of warranty and service support from the manufacturer.
Yes, there are many advantages. As for the disadvantages, which are more accurately considered comments, I'd like to highlight the following:
- Afraid of dark floor coverings.
- The central brush cannot be disassembled.
- Doesn't sweep around chair legs separately.
In my opinion, the disadvantages are not so critical and considering such a large number of advantages, it is clear that Hobot LEGEE-D7 is one of The best robot vacuum cleaners of 2022If it were also equipped with a self-cleaning and rinsing station, as well as a floor recognition system, it would undoubtedly be the most functional, autonomous, and, therefore, the best of the best. But given the price and competition, this robot vacuum is still a recommended purchase and will take a leading position in new rankings that will be published soon.
On that note, I'd like to end this review. If you have any questions, please ask them in the comments. Happy shopping. Bye!

Hello! When will this model go on sale?
Where to buy?
Good afternoon. I'm interested in the Ecovacs Deebot X1 OMNI. Has it been compared?
I haven't been there yet. I'm interested myself.
The review is completely paid for, so please proceed with caution.
For proof, watch the video review on the official Hobot YouTube channel.
Yeah, you're not much of a critic. My review was published two months ago. The review on the manufacturer's channel was published two weeks ago. Who stopped them from retelling what I said? Maybe they used my words as their own methodology?
Hello. I'm considering this device for my dacha (the floor area is about 80 square meters, with porcelain tiles throughout, no thresholds, and no carpets yet). There are three women in the family, two of whom have long hair. The robot's primary purpose is to vacuum hair, dust, and perform wet cleaning.
Could you tell me what other alternatives are available within a budget of up to 40,000 rubles, or is this the best option?
Is it possible for this (or any other) robot to operate without Wi-Fi? It's not currently permanently installed (we distribute it from phones).
You can distribute it from phones; the channel has a video on how to control the robot without WiFi. I think with a 40k budget, it makes sense to wait for the D8, which will be released in May. It's an even more interesting model.
Hello, could you please tell me if this robot will perceive dark gray-brown carpet (with a very short pile) as black and avoid it, or will there be no problems?
I don't think it will happen; the problem only applies to completely black coatings.
How much worse is it at cleaning floors than the 7? Can you compare it to the S7, at least?
Better than S7, worse than Legee 7.
Hello! My vacuum cleaner isn't playing the recorded welcome message. The seller is telling me to wait for a fix from the manufacturer. Is this a widespread issue?
Hello! Everything was fine during testing. I don't know how it is now. Perhaps they are actually fixing something.
Good afternoon
I'm deciding between the Q7 MAX and the LEGEE D7. I'm leaning toward the D7, but I'm concerned about the durability of the wiper mechanism, how often the water spray nozzles fail (there's no information on failures), and the higher cost. Plus, the Roborock app is more user-friendly (in my opinion) and it's easier to find consumables. I'd like to hear your opinion on this.
Hello! I like Hobot better, I would choose it)
Please advise! I have a two-room apartment with medium-pile carpeting in the large hallway. We have a long-haired cat, children who throw things all over the floor, and a threshold of about 20 mm into one of the rooms. Which is best—the Hobot Legee D7, the Roborock S7, or another vacuum cleaner?
Definitely Legee D7.
A similar question, although from the above only the cat.
Hey, I wanted to ask what you mean by dark flooring? The apartment has dark laminate flooring (like the one with the carpet in the photo) and tiles a couple of shades darker, no light flooring.
Many people write that the Legee D7 gets lost and lags in space, and the app also glitches. Have you encountered something similar?
No, I didn't notice anything like that during testing.
How about comparing it to the s7 maxV? Which is preferable and why?
I like the S7 MaxV better, but this model has its advantages: creative voice package, cleaning behind curtains, sweeps in corners.
Hello. I can't decide between Trunk League 7 and D7?!
For a perfectly flat floor without carpets - 7, if there are carpets or thresholds - D7.
Hello! Thanks for the detailed review! I have black tiles on the kitchen floor. Will he be afraid to enter the kitchen? Can this be solved by setting the light obstacle mode at the entrance to the room?
It's enough to read reviews of the app on Google Play or the App Store, and also look at the "responsiveness" of the customer support service that responds to the user after a month, to understand whether it's worth buying a completely unfinished product and then suffering with it.
At first glance, the robot looks quite good. But upon closer inspection, you realize that "all that glitters is not gold."
Of course, everyone draws their own conclusions.
I was choosing between this product and another very similar one. I won't specifically say which one, lest I be accused of a paid post. I was ready to buy this Taiwanese "miracle," but I looked at the reviews of the app, then looked at the customer support service, and I saw the light 🤦🏻♂️. The flaws in a new product should be corrected immediately if the manufacturer values its reputation. In this case, as with other products from this manufacturer (read about other vacuum cleaners and window washers), as soon as you bought it, they immediately forgot about you (ignored you).
The rave reviews are mostly from those who promote this product.
Good luck to everyone in choosing their robot!👍
Thanks for the feedback! Could you be more specific about what exactly is lacking and what flaws you found? I'm curious to see what emerges over time. I test each robot for one to two weeks, and as I've said many times, my reviews provide an assessment of the robot's core capabilities. But you need to look beyond reviews, read feedback, and explore forum threads.
Good day.
Read reviews of this robot on Yandex Market or in the App Store or Google Play apps. The software is crude and there's no feedback from customer support. The issues remain unresolved. Here are a couple of comments from Yandex:
1. "I couldn't get back to the base. I set it up manually, it stopped charging, and it still won't charge. Tech support is silent, both on phones and social media. I connected it to the app and watched the battery slowly die. I bought a more expensive one, thinking it would be better quality, but alas. I'll wait for a response from tech support. If they still don't respond, I'll try to return it. 35k is too expensive for just one cleaning. Thanks for ruining my weekend, Hobot!!!"
2. "I was deciding between this and the Roborock Q7 Max. After reading rave reviews, I finally ordered the Leego. It turned out to be a bit of a bummer. The navigation issues were the biggest disappointment; it skips certain areas, and the cleaning algorithm is also odd (it might clean half a room and then move on to another spot, then return or not)."
Hello, please tell me which one is better: the Hobot Legee D7 or the Dreame Z10 Pro. The area is 100 sq m, mostly hardwood flooring, 35% carpet. The thresholds are high, about 2 cm. I have a long-haired cat and a small child with a lot of toys.
Trunk)
I've watched a lot of your video reviews, and essentially there are no bad robots, they are all individual in their own way.
But I would like to hear your feedback and opinion on my specific case.
My apartment is 60 square meters, 70% of it is carpeted, and there are thresholds too. I'd like to keep it under 30,000 rubles. What advice would you give me?
I think the Roborock S7 would be the best option. Or, pay a little extra and get the Legee D7.
I bought a vacuum cleaner, vacuumed, and couldn't get it back to the base. I set it down manually, it stopped charging, and it still wouldn't charge. Tech support said there might be a problem with the charging station, so I sent the charging station and the vacuum cleaner to the service center. They returned it without the charging station!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a travesty!!!!!!!!
Which is better: the Legee D7, Z10Pro, or L10Po if you have two children, a cat, and toys often scattered on the floor? It can be cleaned with both dry and wet cleaning.
l10 pro or z10 pro depending on whether self-cleaning is needed or not.
Where have all the reviews on Yandex Market gone?
Hello. I was also deciding between the Hobot Legee D7 and the Dreame Z10 Pro. My initial thoughts were: laminate flooring, a small rug, and two heavily shedding cats. I chose the Hobot. I think I made the right choice. The fact that the company specializes in floor polishers and the vacuum's pre-collection of hair (and other large debris) also played a role. So, this is my first robot vacuum. I've had it for a month.
I made friends with PS Alisa without any problems (though I can't send voice messages to a specific room, hopefully for now). The phone app is simple.
I set up my own sounds (dog sounds) through my phone. The vacuum cleaner accurately mapped out the apartment. Separate zones (from the app) and different modes – no problem. About cleaning.
There's no more hair on the floor! And nothing gets tangled up in the brush. It even sucks up spilled cat food. It leaves a nice wet trail behind. Not like a mop, of course, but for a light cleaning every few days, it does the job perfectly.
PV doesn't get tangled in wires, can't jump over them - it drives away.
This applies to bundles of wires, but obstacles like dryer legs don't exist. It tries to avoid chair and table legs from all sides. As for objects, I read that Dreamy won't bother even a crystal glass on the floor—that's not the case with Trunk.
May kick the cat's bowl.
Take your socks and slippers with you. Basically, a tank on tracks. About stupid things.
There have been a couple of times. When for some reason it couldn't find the right direction and kept hitting the corners, it gave up, barked that it was done, and went back to the feeder. And overall, I can't say it always finds the perfect direction right away. But it doesn't leave any dirty spots. As for cats, they don't roll around (I hope so, for now). I think the Hobot, if not the best (I have nothing to compare it to), is definitely an excellent vacuum cleaner for pet owners!
Good afternoon. How did you connect to Alice? I can't find it.
I'm trying to add a device in the smart home app, but Hobot isn't there :(
Try finding Smart Life in Alice; it's the Khobotsky Gateway, as I understand it.
There are a lot of negative reviews online: the app is slow, it takes a long time to find the base, it might start another area halfway through cleaning, etc. What's the situation now? The bad reviews are alarming.
Good afternoon!
The first thing I want to say is thank you for the enormous and well-done work.
It's always a pleasure and a joy to see a well-developed topic that helps us somehow make sense of all this endless diversity.
But I am tormented by doubts, choosing between models:
— Dreame D9 and all related Pro series? max
— Roborock Q7
— Hobot- Legee-D7
Everything seems to be fine, but it’s difficult to choose the best option.
Use of 50-60 sq.m. carpet (small in one room) low pile.
Suggest an option.
Thank you very much for your attention!
Hello! Of these, League is definitely better.
Tell me, if we compare the Hobot D7 with the Roborock S7 in terms of navigation parameters and structural reliability, which one is more interesting?
Thank you!
Roborocks have better navigation; they practically specialize in it. Their reliability is about the same, in my opinion. Hobot has an undeniable advantage—it sweeps into corners. And it's slightly better at wet cleaning.
Good afternoon. Could you please tell me if the base needs to be moved to the second floor to clean the second floor?
You can transfer it once so that the map is built properly and everything is remembered, and then you don’t have to transfer it anymore.
Hello! Please recommend a robot vacuum cleaner. I've been looking for a long time now.
The apartment is about 60 square meters, and there are small rugs in the rooms. I'd like one that picks up trash and hair well and does a decent job of mopping the floor.
I was taken in by this review and bought Legee D7.
The vacuum cleaner isn't nearly as good as the author claims. After a week of use (using it exactly seven times), here's a list of problems:
1. The water supply nozzles are leaking - I've already found puddles three times, and one incident led to the laminate swelling at the joint.
2. Forget about the smart map, with its cool virtual walls and cleaning zones behind curtains—it's total crap. The slightest change in location (moving an ottoman a centimeter, not lifting a chair, placing something new on the floor) means the map has to be rebuilt from scratch. As a result, no zones or restrictions work. This means you'll never be able to restrict access to anything—there are no alternatives.
3. The app is truly broken, and the App Store reviews don't lie. In 2022, having such a poor interface and such poor performance is truly remarkable. It's not surprising that the app doesn't even check for a 5G Wi-Fi network, even though the vacuum cleaner doesn't work with it and doesn't warn you about it. The built-in cleaning modes are cool, but I don't understand how they differ from each other, other than the name. The map editor is a complete disaster!
4. It vacuums with an innovative second hole, but it’s not perfect – it leaves debris on the floor.
I spoke with customer service - the short answer is: understand and forgive.
Before this, I had a Neato Botvac D85 for five years. I had no complaints about it; it was easy to use, cleaned perfectly, and worked like a Swiss watch.
Damn! Is this really true? I was considering buying the L10Pro instead of the Dreambot, but now I'm just not sure.
What does the blog author have to say about this?
It seems like a good model by all parameters, but according to user reviews, this is a bad situation...
Thanks for the detailed review! We ordered the Legee D7 today. It's our first robot, and we're eagerly awaiting it. I really hope the dust and fur issue is finally resolved.
Could you tell me how often I can run it? Every day is fine, right? Laminate flooring attracts a lot of dust, and my cat has long hair.
Yes, you can run it every day)
Good evening.
Thanks to your website, I chose the Khobot and was extremely happy with it until I stupidly smashed the turbo brush mount into tiny pieces.
Could you please recommend a quality service in St. Petersburg?
They have phone numbers on their official website, call them and find out.
I've looked at this model and the S7, but I'm still deciding. The Ligi is pretty good, but I'm really put off by its poor spatial orientation (it gets lost in empty spaces, can't find a station, and often rushes around the room erratically, judging by the videos and comments). Plus, the app is really poorly designed. It looks really bad and is inconvenient, but at least there's an official dealer. There are almost no Russian-language versions of Roborocks, only global ones with no chance of warranty service. However, their app and robot settings are excellent; it navigates and chooses a trajectory better. Help me decide, I'm confused. On the one hand, I understand that they'll improve the firmware, but I don't know if it will be able to drive smarter and if the app will be updated, because it's really poorly designed, like a Chinese controller.
Thank you so much for the review! I learned a lot of useful information and ordered a Legee D7. I haven't regretted the purchase once in the month I've been using it. It's a real find for pets. It collects all the hair and cleans the carpet well. I kept an eye on it the first few times—it really does press down on the napkin.
Hello! What do you think is better: the Dreame L10s Pro or the Hobot Legee D7? I have a cat and dog in the apartment, a lot of fur, and medium-pile carpets.
Both are very good. Which one did you like better?
Good afternoon! Your work truly deserves respect. Thank you. However, the D7 ad on the website gives me pause. :)) If you're not biased against this model, could you please tell me if the manufacturer has updated the app and fixed the issues users reported last fall? I'm planning to buy this model and really want to avoid being disappointed with my first robot vacuum.
Thank you in advance for your reply.
Hello! Any brand can place ads, but this doesn't give them any preferential treatment. The algorithm is fair for everyone, and so are the tests. I haven't encountered any specific issues with the app. The manufacturers also say it works fine and can't understand why there are so many bad reviews. The new D8 is coming out soon, and it will run on different software, and all the existing issues with the old software are said to be resolved. But they've mostly improved the intuitiveness there.
Hello, when is the D8 expected to be released? It's unclear what price range it will fall in. Will it be much more expensive than the D7?
Could you please recommend a robot vacuum cleaner for a one-bedroom apartment of 45 square meters? There are no thresholds or carpets, and I have long hair and cat fur. I'm deciding between the Roborock, Dreame, and Legee D7. The latter's navigation quality is a concern. The Dreame is my favorite. I'm considering the L10 Pro, which seems to have very good navigation and can connect to Alice, which is important to me. Thanks in advance for your advice!
Hello. I can't decide between the Honot Legee D7 or the Xiaomi Mijia Self-Cleaning, which has two rotating cloths.
77 sq. m. are given, of which 6 sq. m. are tiles, 26 are parquet boards, the rest are laminate.
At home, there's a cat, a child, and a wife. Hair, fur, and scraps of food are our everything.
I want to replace my old Xiaomi 1 with something that cleans and has a modern technology and app.
Can you give me some advice?
Hello! If I had to choose between the Trunk and the Q7Max, which one should I get?
Please tell me. Will it fit under a bed with legs, with a 10 cm gap from the floor?
Good afternoon, I want to give my wife a gift... I've read so many reviews and overviews, my head is spinning, and they're all good and not bad. I've come up with a few options for myself:
1. Hobot LEGEE-D7
2. Dreame Bot L10 Pro
3. Dreame Bot L10s Pro
4. Dreame Bot Z10 Pro
In fact, it's a 3-room apartment, 3 children, no pets, carpets, laminate flooring, 90 sq. m.
I think Legee D7, or even better D8.
This site has hyped this Leege D7 to the skies.
Overall, the vacuum cleaner would be good, since it collects debris and hair before the brush, but a bunch of downsides outweigh everything:
The software is poor, with limited functionality and settings.
Skips cleaning zones.
The map gets knocked down and has to be rebuilt. Five maps simply don't have time to be built because it always gets knocked down and has to be rebuilt.
Constantly can't find a station!
!!!!It doesn't wash fresh stains well. It doesn't know how to wash!!!!!
Little liquid is sprayed in front of the mop, and the spray area in front of the mop is smaller than the mop itself, resulting in a narrow cleaning strip. The mop doesn't get completely wet, and the edges stay dry.
Conclusion: you walk around babysitting him, thinking it’s easier to take a brush and wash him by hand.
Disappointed(
I completely agree with the previous comment. It constantly misrecognizes the room and creates a new map each time. Plus, it can start cleaning and finish after cleaning one room. It doesn't tangle your hair, sure, but you still have to take it off and rinse the cloth every time. It's not worth it. I bought the Dreame f9 for my parents, and it cleans just as well. And it cost 14k on VB.
Can you tell me what is the height of the robot's charging station?
Thank you!
