PUPPYOO T12 Plus Rinse: A powerful upright vacuum cleaner with a floor polisher and an efficient dirt pick-up attachment

The PUPPYOO T12 Plus Rinse is a rather interesting and competitive upright vacuum cleaner. It's even considered one of the best in its class. It's suitable not only for dust collection but also for full-fledged wet cleaning, thanks to the included scrubbing tool. Priced at around $350, or $550-$600, the PUPPYOO T12 boasts a full package with various attachments, a high-quality filtration system, a powerful motor, and an effective cleaning module on the main brush head. Below, I'll thoroughly test this cordless vacuum and then express my opinion on whether it's worth the money. So, let's get started!
Equipment
The vacuum cleaner arrived in a branded box like this:
The package includes:
- Main block.
- Floor base for charging and storing accessories.
- Operating instructions.
- Basic floor nozzle.
- Polishing attachment.
- Extension tube.
- Wall holder.
- Power adapter.
- Measuring cup.
- Spare HEPA filter.
- Fasteners for wall holder.
- Furniture cleaning attachment.
- Flexible hose.
- Crevice nozzle.
- Attachment with sliding bristles.
- Soft bristle attachment.
The complete package includes all the necessary attachments and accessories for operating the vacuum cleaner. That's a plus!
Appearance
Now let's take a look at the PUPPYOO T12's design. Let's start with the main unit. It's finished in a gray and red color scheme. The battery, unfortunately, is not removable. Under the handle is a charging port for connecting the charger and charging it on a wall mount or floor station. A HEPA exhaust filter is located on the end. The air vents are directed to the sides.
The top control panel features an on/off button, an informative OLED display, and a mode switch. ECO, Automatic, and TURBO modes are available. The display shows the battery percentage, operating mode, and service messages.
The dust container is easily removed by lifting it upward. It is held in place by magnets inside the main unit. The filtration system includes a HEPA filter, a sponge filter, a cyclone filter, and a metal mesh filter. A total of five complete filtration stages. Dust is easily emptied from the container.
Let's take a look at the included attachments. Let's start with the main one. It features a swivel joint for increased maneuverability. The front features LED lighting to highlight the cleaning area. The cleaning module consists of two rollers: one with soft, fluffy bristles and one with short, elastic bristles. Between them is a scraper and a suction port. The rollers are released by pressing a latch on the side. Very convenient.
The nozzle itself is equipped with a dirt detection sensor. In automatic mode, the PUPPYOO T12 can increase suction power when it detects where dirt is accumulating.
The mopping attachment also deserves special attention. It holds up to 390 ml of water. The front also features LED lighting to highlight the cleaning area. The cleaning module consists of two rotating, round, thick cloth pads. A suction port is located in front of the pads. This allows for convenient vacuuming and mopping. The manufacturer also offers adjustable water flow to the pads, with two levels or a water shutoff switch.
Speaking of other accessories, the upholstery cleaning attachment is very useful. It features a motorized bristle-and-flap brush that can be easily removed from its mounting surface without any tools.
The retractable bristle nozzle is standard, but the crevice nozzle has a unique design. The nozzle tip is equipped with an LED light, which improves dust collection in low-light areas. The soft bristle nozzle is also standard. It can be used to vacuum up debris and dust on shelves and other surfaces.
Let's take a closer look at storage options for this vacuum cleaner. The first option is to hang it on a wall bracket equipped with a charging plug.
Or store it neatly on the floor station, which also has a charging plug when the main unit is docked. A major advantage of the floor station is that it can accommodate all the included attachments and accessories.
And here's what the vacuum cleaner looks like assembled. The build quality is very high, I have no complaints whatsoever.
Technical specifications
The main characteristics of PUPPYOO T12, as stated by the manufacturer:
- Power consumption 585 W.
- Suction power up to 185 aW.
- Li-Ion battery 3000 mAh.
- Dust collector 500 ml.
- Water tank 390 ml.
- Operating time up to 14 min (Super) up to 70 min (Eco).
- Weight when fully assembled: 2.9 kg.
- Noise level 76-80.6 dB.
I measured the noise level myself using a sound level meter. At almond power, it ranged from 76 to 79 dB, and at maximum power, the peak was 80.6 dB.
Speaking of battery life, in Eco mode it reaches 70 minutes, but at maximum power during testing the operating time was 13 minutes 40 seconds, which is a good result considering the power, which will also be tested in the tests below.
I'd also like to highlight the vacuum's weight when fully assembled. The main unit itself weighs 1,594 grams, the extension tube weighs 329 grams, and the main nozzle weighs 958 grams. The vacuum's total weight when fully assembled is 2,881 grams, which is also in line with most similar vacuum cleaners. Moreover, with the crevice tool attached, the weight is only 1,637 grams.
Testing
And finally, let's move on to the most important part: testing. A detailed video review of the PUPPYOO T12 Plus Rinse, including all the tests, has already been prepared and published on the channel:
Suction power
And finally, let's move on to the tests. First, let's check the power on the test bench. The PUPPYOO T12 is truly a powerful cordless vacuum cleaner. It can suck up debris even from a 10mm gap. Test passed!
Collecting debris on laminate flooring
Now let's test how well the PUPPYOO T12 picks up floor debris. I scattered various types of debris on the laminate flooring: hair, fur, grains, and other small household debris. This unit picks up floor debris well. The only issue is that the LED panels are located outside the unit, making it difficult to pick up debris along baseboards and in corners. The rollers simply don't physically reach these areas. Even if you run the nozzle along the baseboard, the rollers still pick up debris. However, this cordless vacuum cleaner is incapable of picking up debris in corners, and that's the first serious criticism I have.
A small amount of hair was caught on the roller, but most of the debris was collected in the dust collector. Test passed!
Carpet cleaning
When it comes to carpet cleaning, the PUPPYOO T12 also performed well. It cleans medium-pile carpets well, removing debris of varying textures.
And here's the condition of the rollers after collecting debris. As you can see, they're tangled up in fur and hair. And they're easy to clean. This test was also passed!
Wet cleaning
I'll also demonstrate the effectiveness of the mopping attachment. First, I'll use it to scrub dried dirt off the laminate flooring. The PUPPYOO T12 handles this task with ease. The cloths absorb dirt well, though they do leave small streaks. This isn't a full-fledged wet/dry vacuum cleaner, meaning it can collect dirt in a separate container, so you'll have to scrub the dirt first, then rinse the cloths and wipe up any remaining liquid from the floor.
However, the PUPPYOO T12 has one major advantage: it's excellent at cleaning dirt right up to the baseboard, which can't be said about most of the full-fledged wet/dry vacuum cleaners with fluffy rollers I've reviewed. This is thanks to the cloths that extend beyond the edges of the body. This is a major advantage for this vacuum cleaner.
The PUPPYOO T12 is capable of removing even the toughest, dried-in stains. It took just 5 minutes to completely remove the stains, with just one rinse of the cloths. We didn't even need to use any detergent. By comparison, full-featured wet/dry vacuum cleaners usually remove the same stains in 10 minutes.
Using additional attachments
I'd also like to point out how well the mattress and upholstery cleaning attachment works. I used it to clean the upholstery of a sofa, and afterward, a fair amount of dust ended up in the dust bin, even though the sofa looked clean.
The other attachments also found a use. The crevice tool with its light proved particularly handy.
Let's sum it up
The PUPPYOO T12 was thoroughly reviewed and tested. Considering the price and my experience after testing, here are the advantages I discovered:
- High suction power.
- Can be used for both dry and wet cleaning.
- A universal main nozzle with two different rollers for any type of floor covering.
- An effective polishing attachment that effectively removes dirt and can even be used for polishing floors.
- Good quality of waste collection.
- Complete set.
- Availability of two bases for storing and charging the vacuum cleaner.
- High quality filtration system.
- Illumination of the area to be cleaned.
- Full warranty support from the manufacturer.
As for the disadvantages, I would like to point out the following:
- The remote illumination of the main nozzle does not allow for effective collection of debris in corners.
- When operating a vacuum cleaner, you have to use your other hand.
- Non-removable battery.
The main drawback is the first one. However, in everyday use, it's not so obvious and may not even be noticeable for many users. In any case, the advantages are far more numerous and significant, so I can confidently recommend the PUPPYOO T12. It definitely deservedly tops the list. Rating of the best upright vacuum cleaners with a wet cleaning function in 2022!
On that note, I'd like to end this review. If you have any questions, please ask them in the comments. Happy shopping, everyone. Bye!

Hello! My water supply isn't working. What could be the problem? Maybe I need to do something during the first start-up (there are no instructions in Russian).
The engine failed.
I can't find where to repair or replace it.
I would be very grateful for the necessary information.
Write to ATVEL representatives. They have a similar model, the ATVEL G9. I think they assemble it at the same plant and the engine should fit. Or you can have it repaired at their service center.
