Teqqo Aquastick 3 in 1 POWER: Cordless Carpet Cleaner with a Brush

The Teqqo Aquastick 3-in-1 POWER cordless wet/dry vacuum cleaner is suitable not only for floor cleaning but also for dry cleaning and even carpet cleaning. It features a self-cleaning base and a built-in germicidal UV lamp, which, according to the manufacturer, can disinfect surfaces and kill bacteria and viruses. Below, I'll thoroughly test the Teqqo Aquastick and then express my opinion on whether this wet/dry upright vacuum cleaner is worth buying. The price at the time of writing is $350 for the POWER version. So, let's get started!
Equipment
First, let's take a look at the Teqqo Aquastick 3 in 1 package. The vacuum cleaner arrived in this branded box:
Specifically, this package includes:
- The main unit, into which I have already installed the battery.
- Base for charging and self-cleaning.
- Additional holder for attachments.
- A branded cleaning product that the manufacturer provided as a gift for review.
- Removable handle.
- Clean water tank.
- Operating manual.
- Spare roller for floor washing.
- Carpet cleaning roller.
- Vacuum cleaner cleaning tools.
- Hex key for removing the handle.
- Power adapter.
- Spare HEPA filter.
The package is complete. It includes all the necessary accessories for operating the vacuum cleaner. Cleaning solution is not included, but can be purchased separately on the manufacturer's website. It's also worth noting that other packages are available, including a smaller battery (2600 mAh), a spare battery, and several bottles of cleaning solution.
Appearance
Now let's take a look at the Teqqo Aquastick's design. First, let's assemble it for use by installing the tank, handle, and battery. Like other upright wet vacuum cleaners, it has separate tanks for clean and dirty water.
The handle contains three mechanical control buttons: power on/off, switching between Eco and Maximum operating modes, and a trigger-shaped button for forced water supply to the roller area.
A 680 ml clean water tank is located under the handle. It is equipped with a lid and a coarse filter.
Next to this tank is an informative display that shows the battery charge, runtime, cleaning mode, and service messages. Next to the display is a button for activating the self-cleaning function when the vacuum is placed on the base, as well as a button for turning on/off voice notifications. The Teqqo Aquastick speaks Russian.
A reservoir is located below, holding up to 450 ml of waste water. It contains a washable HEPA filter with a mesh screen, water level sensors, and a coarse filter. Thanks to these sensors, Teqqo Aquastick will notify you when the reservoir is full and prompt you to drain the waste water.
The vacuum cleaner's cleaning module is of a familiar design. The roller is mounted behind a transparent cover and secured with a latch. The only caveat is that the cover is not removable, making it difficult to clean from the inside. The roller itself is fluffy, with soft bristles. However, inside, you'll find bristles with elastic bristles that better pick up pet hair and fur from the floor.
Instead of this roller, you can install a special carpet roller made only of elastic bristles. We'll test how well it performs.
On the back, we see a scraper behind the roller for collecting liquid residue from the floor. The roller itself doesn't extend all the way to the edges, so it's safe to assume that Teqqo Aquastick won't clean close to the baseboard, like most other similar devices. Finally, a UV lamp is installed underneath for surface disinfection. I can't say how effective it is, as laboratory testing is required.
And finally, I'd like to highlight the vertical parking outside the station. It's a convenient solution.
Overall, there are no complaints about the vacuum cleaner's build quality. A big plus is the removable battery and the fact that the Teqqo Aquastick can only be used for dry cleaning.
Technical specifications
The main characteristics of Teqqo Aquastick, as stated by the manufacturer:
- Battery: Li-Ion, 2600/4900 mAh.
- Power consumption: 150 W.
- Suction power: up to 5900 Pa.
- Working time: 15-25/35-45 min.
- Clean water tank: 680 ml.
- Dirty water tank: 450 ml.
- Noise level: 78-80 dB.
- Weight: 4.2 kg.
I measured the noise level myself using a sound level meter. It's around 78-80 dB, which is standard for cordless vacuum cleaners.
Testing
And finally, let's move on to the tests. A detailed video review of the vacuum cleaner, including all the tests, has already been published on the channel. I recommend watching the entire video:
Suction power
First, let's test the Teqqo Aquastick's suction power on a test bench. In dry mode, this vacuum cleaner was able to suck up debris from crevices up to 10 mm thick. The power is high, comparable to standard upright dry vacuums.
Dry cleaning
Now, let's test the quality of debris collection on laminate flooring. As mentioned earlier, the machine can be used without water, for dry cleaning only, and that's a plus! It can collect debris of various textures, directing it into the dirty water tank. It collects debris well along baseboards, and the quality of debris collection in corners is also close to perfect. Moreover, the roller practically doesn't pick up pet hair. Test passed!
Carpet cleaning
Here's how to clean the same debris from a carpet using the Teqqo Aquastick. It cleans carpets well. We can see that the carpet roller is tangled with hair and fur. But it's easy to clean, which is exactly what the included tool is for.
Washing the floor
Now let's check the floor cleaning performance, which is more important. The Teqqo Aquastick is perfect for everyday wet cleaning. Water flow control allows it to be used on a variety of surfaces, including those sensitive to heavy wetting. The device is also suitable for picking up liquids and mixtures.
The Teqqo Aquastick also does a very good job of removing dried-on dirt from floors. The only issue, as mentioned earlier, is that this upright wet/dry vacuum cleaner can't thoroughly clean the area along the baseboard because the roller doesn't extend to the edge of the unit. This is a problem with most similarly designed devices.
And finally, the most challenging test: removing dried-on coffee and sauce stains. This time, I added the included branded cleaner to the clean water tank. But even with it, the vacuum cleaner took about 10 minutes to remove the stains. Almost all similar products showed similar results. Therefore, removing stubborn stains can be challenging, although even by hand, such stains aren't easily removed.
Self-cleaning
Finally, I'll tell you how well the Teqqo Aquastick self-cleans after all the tests. To do this, first drain the dirty water from the reservoir, fill it with clean water, place the vacuum cleaner on the station, and turn on the self-cleaning function.
There are no particular complaints about the self-cleaning performance. Under normal household conditions, the vacuum cleaner cleans itself well and requires no manual intervention.
Let's sum it up
The Teqqo Aquastick 3 in 1 POWER was thoroughly reviewed and tested. Overall, this wet/dry vacuum cleaner left a mostly positive impression. But first things first. I liked the following:
- Long battery life.
- High suction power.
- Power adjustment is provided.
- Suitable not only for floor washing, but also for dry cleaning.
- Capable of cleaning carpets.
- Voice notifications in Russian.
- Informative display on the body.
- Removable battery.
- Self-cleaning function at the station.
- The quality of floor washing is above average.
- The kit includes a branded cleaning agent.
- Availability of warranty and service.
- Availability of all necessary accessories and consumables.
Speaking of the latter, Tekko provides full service and warranty coverage throughout the Russian Federation and is continuing its operations. All spare parts and consumables are available throughout the Russian Federation, through all marketplaces and on the manufacturer's main website. In addition to vacuum cleaners, the company has also developed its own line of floor cleaning products—concentrated and low-foaming. The company has offices in St. Petersburg and Moscow, where you can personally experience Teqqo products, request a test drive, or purchase one. So, in this regard, the manufacturer's commitment to care is top-notch.
As for the disadvantages, I had the following comments about this model:
- Doesn't wash the narrow area along the baseboard.
- It removes difficult stains with difficulty.
- Non-removable cover of the cleaning module.
The shortcomings are typical for most similar devices, but most importantly, the positives far outweigh the negatives. Therefore, I see no reason not to recommend this cordless wet/dry vacuum cleaner. In most respects, it met all expectations.
On that note, I'd like to end this review. If you have any questions, please ask them in the comments. Happy shopping. Bye!
