The first thing to consider is the navigation type. All new Okami robot vacuums can create a room map and display it in the app, but laser rangefinder navigation is the most accurate, and only the Okami U100 Laser has one. Camera-based navigation, however, is only slightly inferior to lidar, so it's sufficient for rooms around 100 square meters. The difference will be in the image detail on your smartphone and the app's functionality.

The next thing to consider is battery capacity and cleaning area (these parameters are closely related). We've repeatedly argued that this feature is more of a marketing ploy, as the robot's cleaning speed prevents the UV lamp from effectively cleaning the floor. However, this time, the manufacturers claim to have conducted specialized laboratory testing, which resulted in the certification.

It is important to note that the Okami U100 Laser model is the tallest due to the presence of a lidar on top, so it will not fit under all furniture, unlike its “brothers”.

What is better to choose?
