We went with this one, and we don't regret it at all. Yes, there's no virtual wall, and that's a shame, as they say. But everything else is very good!
What about service? I'm always worried when it's an uncommon model. What if it breaks and there's no one to fix it?
So far, so good ))) It hasn't broken down for us. But generally speaking, they give a one-year warranty. Plus, of course, there's service. It's all listed on the manufacturer's official website, if you're interested.

Our sister bought one of these and now she's been trying to get me and my husband to use it. It's a great robot, easy to use, and everything is immediately clear. It drives and cleans on its own, and recharges itself. It only empties the trash every 2-3 cleanings. It's not even very noisy, definitely much quieter than its "classic" counterparts. It navigates the room very well and doesn't hit furniture, so there are no scratches or broken floor vases. It even gets onto the carpet, even though the pile is pretty high. I'm increasingly inclined to get one myself.
For those who suffer from allergic rhinitis, this is a great help. I haven't experienced any miraculous cures, but I do feel at least some relief from my symptoms. I regret not knowing about such a positive effect earlier; I wish I'd bought the robot much earlier!
1. After a year, the fan started howling—the impeller housing had cracked. I ordered a replacement on AliExpress. I replaced it myself.
2. After 2.5 years, the battery capacity suddenly dropped—15 minutes of use, an hour of charging, then another 15 minutes of use. It's impossible to buy a ready-made unit in Russia. There's no service center in Russia. The company's website is dead, and the number on the website is fake.
If you have spare parts, it’s very easy to repair it yourself.
There are no questions about the cleaning quality - it collects so much hair that it seems like it simply doesn’t exist on my cat!
