Tsunami L107VH

Today, in our review, we'll examine the specifications of the Tsunami L107VH robot vacuum cleaner. Tsunami isn't well-known internationally, nor is it well-known in Japan, where it's supposedly from. The robot is designed for both dry and wet cleaning and can automatically plot its optimal route. We've outlined all its specifications and features below.

Design
Tsunami designed its L107VH model in a standard puck-shaped or pill-shaped form when viewed from above. The body is made of durable gray plastic. Incidentally, the included components (remote control, charging station, virtual wall) are also gray, matching the robot vacuum itself. The front panel features a pattern of dots arranged in a circular pattern. When holding the robot, the top reveals a display and touch control button, as well as a button for opening the dust bin for removal and emptying.
A side view of the device reveals a soft bumper and ventilation holes. On the back of the robot vacuum cleaner are two drive wheels on each side, a front support wheel, two side brushes, a main turbo brush, a rechargeable battery, and charging contacts on the docking station.

Functional capabilities
A test of the Tsunami L107VH showed that the robot vacuum cleaner can handle all types of hard floors and even crawls onto low rugs. This is possible thanks to two side brushes, a main turbo brush in the center, and a suction system. A microfiber cloth attached to the bottom of the robot enables wet cleaning. The cloth must be dampened first.
The robot vacuum cleaner's dust container features a cyclone filter. Its dust container capacity is 600 milliliters, enough for several cleaning cycles in a home that isn't very dirty. The container is equipped with a fine filter to capture even the smallest dust and dirt particles.
When cleaning is complete, the robot vacuum automatically returns to the charging station. Please ensure it is correctly installed according to the instructions.
The Tsunami L107VH robotic vacuum's navigation system allows it to independently plan its route and find the optimal path. Optical obstacle and elevation sensors ensure the integrity of both the robot's body and surrounding objects.
You can limit the cleaning area of the robot vacuum cleaner using a virtual wall.
Overview of the main driving modes of the Tsunami L107VH:
- In a spiral.
- Zigzag.
- Around the perimeter (along the walls).
The device can also be moved manually using the remote control. It can also be programmed to start automatically at a specific time each day of the week.
Like any other robot, this model requires periodic maintenance. Wipe the sensors with a dry, lint-free cloth, and clean the brushes and wheels. This will ensure the device operates at peak efficiency. All components are washable under running water.
Advantages and disadvantages
Although you're unlikely to find this robot vacuum cleaner on store shelves, you can order it online. The Tsunami L107VH isn't exactly cheap (around $300). While the price puts it in the premium segment, its features are fairly standard and nothing special. Therefore, we found no advantages for this model, based on its price and competitors.
Disadvantages of Tsunami L107VH:
- High cost.
- Poor navigation (doesn't create a map, no camera or laser rangefinder).
- Smartphone control is not provided.
Numerous enthusiastic user reviews of devices from this Japanese manufacturer can be found online, but it's difficult to judge their authenticity. There are no real reviews for this model, and no online manual is available, so the robot casts doubt on the Japanese quality.
