Priced at approximately $150, the robot falls into the mid-price range, making it affordable for most people. Below, we'll explore the Genio Deluxe 480's specifications and features, demonstrate a cleaning test, and offer our personal opinion on this robot vacuum.

Design
The Genio Deluxe 480 robot vacuum cleaner looks quite interesting, in appearance it reminds many of the recently released Okami U80 PetThe top panel has only two buttons: "Start/Pause" and "Return to Base." The housing is glossy.
At the front there is a soft-touch movable bumper, at the back there is a dust collector and ventilation holes for air outlet.
Turning the robot vacuum over reveals a central bristle-petal brush, two side brushes, wheels, a swivel roller, charging contacts, and an on/off button. A microfiber cloth for damp cleaning or mopping can also be attached to the bottom of the robot.

Functional capabilities
Thanks to its gyroscope, the Genio Deluxe 480 robot vacuum cleaner can clean up to three rooms on a single charge. It offers several operating modes: automatic, route-building (snake), spot, wall-mounted, and perimeter cleaning.
It is important to note that for large areas (80-100 sq.m.) you should use the automatic mode, while the robot handles smaller rooms much better in the route-building mode.
As we've already mentioned, the robot is suitable for both dry and wet cleaning. The mop's mopping action is high, so floors will be thoroughly wet after the robot passes over them, as you can see in the cleaning test below.
The robot recognizes elevation changes, can be programmed to operate on a schedule, and is controlled via a remote control.
It doesn't have any advanced features, but it still gets the job done: it can keep your house or apartment clean automatically (it returns to and leaves the base itself).
Overall, the model is quite good, considering the price range and the manufacturer's offerings. We recommend watching our video review, which clearly demonstrates the dry and wet cleaning tests, as well as the unboxing of the Genio Deluxe 480:
Pros and cons
In conclusion, I would like to highlight the pros and cons of the Genio Deluxe 480.
The positive aspects that we were able to identify are:
- The presence of a gyroscope.
- Dry and wet cleaning.
- Small body height.
- Good equipment.
- Low noise level.
- Proven centrally mounted bristle and petal brush.
We also discovered some shortcomings. First and foremost, the robot's movement pattern isn't entirely efficient. In automatic mode, the robot spends most of its time driving around the perimeter and only once traversing the entire area within the perimeter. This can result in some areas not being fully cleaned. This can be resolved by re-enabling the serpentine mode after the robot has completed its automatic cleaning. This will ensure good cleaning results.
In addition, a disadvantage is the lack of a mobile application, which is intended for older children. 500th models.
One final criticism is the lack of ability to adjust the wetness of the cloth. Otherwise, the robot cleans quite well and is functionally appropriate for its price range.
That concludes our review of the new Genio Deluxe 480. We hope you found this information useful and interesting!

I agree with the authors. We bought one and didn't find any real flaws. These are more likely the model's quirks. The lack of a mobile app is explained by the fact that this model is 4,000 rubles cheaper than the top-end model with an app. But otherwise, it cleans just as well.
Genio has pretty good technology overall; we're already on our third robot. We replaced our old model with this one, and we bought one for our parents, too. They all work flawlessly. This model is absolutely excellent; while the old one could get tangled, this one navigates the apartment perfectly. We don't even use the snake mode to be on the safe side. It only cleans automatically.
I think this model is really cool for 16,000 rubles. It has a built-in gyroscope, a combination turbo brush, a 2-hour battery, and several modes. It even offers both dry and wet cleaning. When I read the specs, I immediately realized it was a good option. I haven't been disappointed yet. I haven't had any issues with it yet. It's a real help with cleaning!
We got this one as a gift. We were considering an iClebo ourselves, but now I see that would have been a waste. This robot cleans extremely well. There's virtually no dust on the floor now, so we don't even have to mop it. One day the robot runs dry, the next with a damp cloth. One drawback is that it ignores the black mat near the front door. I assume the height sensors detect it, so it doesn't drive onto it.
I think it's one of the best for the money. At least it doesn't wander around the apartment, it has a wet cleaning function, and it's carpet-friendly. I have carpet in both bedrooms, and it vacuums it perfectly.
It's a decent model, quite powerful. I'm surprised it picks up so much gunk every time. I turn it on every other day, sometimes even every day, and the dust container is always full of dust and crumbs. Of course, you can't clean it by hand all the time.
Could you please tell me, it's sitting on the base and blinking purple and violet (not red). What does this mean? How do you have it positioned on the base? Will this blinking stop, or is it defective? I've been searching all evening and can't figure it out. I bought it on Ozon, it arrived, and I seem happy with it, but the instructions don't include a warranty card (I don't know if that's a good thing) and there's no phone number to call. Could you please tell me how you're charging it? It's still a problem for me.
