Design

The robot vacuum cleaner's body has a traditional round shape. It's made of plastic (the main material) and glass, in a black and yellow color scheme. The front panel reveals a single auto-start button and the robot's model name.

The side panel houses a protective bumper, a power adapter port, and a power button. A solid waste/liquid container is also removable from the side.

The high-capacity lithium-ion battery provides up to 150 minutes of continuous operation on a single charge. During this time, the robot vacuum cleaner cleans up to 160 square meters of area. During cleaning, the device can overcome obstacles up to 12 millimeters thick. After finishing its work, the GUTREND FUSION 150 automatically returns to its charging base.

The robot has 30 built-in sensors, including 22 obstacle detection sensors, 3 pairs of height detection sensors, a docking station detection sensor, and a motion limiter sensor. This navigation system allows the robot to avoid any collisions with obstacles it encounters and prevent falls from elevated surfaces.

The device also features tangle protection and an audible alert.

Functional capabilities

The GUTREND FUSION 150 robotic vacuum cleaner cleans floors with two side brushes (for cleaning debris around the perimeter of rooms) and a combination turbo brush with rubber and bristle scrapers, making it easy to clean hard floors and carpets. The robotic vacuum cleaner features three suction power levels for dry cleaning, conveniently adjusted via the remote control, ensuring high efficiency. Collected debris is directed into a 450-millimeter dust bin with a triple filtration system: a mesh filter for larger debris, an intermediate filter for fine filtration, and a HEPA filter for retaining suspended dust particles.

Floor cleaning

The SMART DRIP 2.0 automatic water supply feature makes wet mopping more convenient. Simply adjust the water flow rate based on the flooring material and soil level.

Wet cleaning

You can limit the cleaning area using the magnetic tape included with the robot vacuum cleaner.

The GUTREND FUSION 150 robotic vacuum cleaner has no obvious drawbacks, considering its low price (under $200). The only thing I'd like to note is that, unfortunately, the model lacks mapping and smartphone control. However, this is due to the low price; not all models under $200 offer such functionality. Otherwise, we were pleasantly surprised by the robotic vacuum cleaner and it lived up to its promise!
