The Chuwi iLife V7s Pro robot vacuum cleaner has five main operating modes, all of which can only be accessed via the remote control. Here's a brief overview of each:

  • Automatic – in this mode, the device moves randomly around the room between obstacles and changes cleaning settings depending on the situation.

  • Scheduled cleaning mode - the robot vacuum cleaner will leave the docking station and begin cleaning the room at a pre-set time, independently.

The iLife V7s can be used for both dry cleaning and wet mopping. The robot performs dry cleaning using a turbo brush and one side brush. The turbo brush's design effectively picks up hair and pet hair from the floor, while also being easy to clean. Thanks to its V-shaped rows of plates, the iLife V7s also handles small debris.

The dust collector in this model has a larger capacity of 500 milliliters, compared to previous Chuwi devices, equipped with two filters, including a hypoallergenic HEPA filter.

For mopping floors, the kit includes a separate 450-milliliter liquid reservoir and a dedicated mop with a microfiber cloth. The container fits into the device's compartment in place of the dust collector, and the mop attaches to the bottom. As you mop, liquid from the reservoir drips onto the cloth, keeping it constantly damp.

Operating instructions

The included manual is in Chinese and English. You can translate it yourself or search for a Russian translation online. The user manual is a small brochure covering the specifications, key features, and operating and maintenance recommendations for the robot vacuum cleaner.

You can download the iLife V7s user manual in Russian from our website. To do this, follow the link: V7s Pro manual.

Advantages and disadvantages

Overview of the main advantages of the robot:

  1. Quality of workmanship.
  2. Optimal dimensions.
  3. Attractive appearance.
  4. Large container for dirt and dust.
  5. Availability of a separate tank for wet cleaning.
  6. Good obstacle clearance.
  7. Work according to schedule.
  8. The presence of an easy-to-clean turbo brush and, thanks to this, thorough cleaning of wool and hair.
  9. Remote control.
  10. Average noise level.
  11. High-quality cleaning (according to most user reviews).
  12. Relatively low cost.

Review of the disadvantages of the iLife V7s robot vacuum cleaner:

  1. This model has only one side brush, which may reduce cleaning efficiency.
  2. Absence virtual wall included in the kit (for most devices in this price segment from other manufacturers, the limiter is included in the basic kit).
  3. Possible difficulties with translating the operating instructions into Russian.

Still, in terms of price and features, this is one of the best robot vacuum cleaners from Aliexpress (tops the rating). Therefore, you can choose this model without fear if you are satisfied with its characteristics and appearance.

I purchased an iLife V7s robot vacuum cleaner about a month ago. I used it according to the instructions, including wet cleaning, after which it began to behave erratically. Specifically:

The robot turns on, but when standing on the base, it only responds with beeps. It won't start.
The robot only drives if it's turned on outside the base using the "return to base" button (the house with the plug). It then begins charging (the yellow button, which takes 5-10 minutes) and then turns off.

I'm searching the internet for a solution to this problem, but haven't found one yet. If you have any suggestions or solutions, I'm ready to listen.

Same deal. The vacuum cleaner came with a wet cleaning container inside. It works perfectly with the water container. Once you insert the dry cleaning container, that's it. It only does one thing: return to the base to charge.

  • Galina

I have the same thing... it only moves to the base. Nothing else.

  • Olga

I have a similar problem that appeared recently (((

  • Oleg

I have a similar story. It cleans, but it just goes to charge. The indicator shows it's charged.

  • Vyacheslav

I bought the vacuum cleaner about three months ago, and it works perfectly without any issues. I occasionally use the wet cleaning mode, but I haven't encountered any of the problems described above. I followed the instructions, and it's very easy and convenient to use. It goes under beds and cleans hard-to-reach places.
Of course, manual cleaning would be cleaner (not significantly), but the amount of time and effort saved is undoubtedly worth it.

  • Yuri

So has anyone managed to solve this problem? He constantly wants to charge and doesn't want to do anything.

  • Yuri.

Hey guys, I found a solution to the problem described above. You need to remove the turbo brush by removing the frame. And remove any hair from the turbo brush mount, that's it. Give it a try. I came across this while reading the instructions. Four peaks means the turbo brush isn't spinning.

  • Taras

The vacuum cleaner has stopped working. It only works in return-to-base mode. What should I do?

  • Evgeny

It worked for 9 months. Then the red light started flashing periodically. But I kept cleaning it. Now it's stopped working altogether. When I plug it in to charge, it beeps and the yellow and red lights flash. It won't turn on. Can anyone help me figure this out?

  • Alexandro

The vacuum cleaner is excellent. After a year, a problem developed where the brush stopped spinning, but the brush motor itself is working fine (we checked it with a tester and applied voltage to the motor—it spins fine). Has anyone else encountered this problem?
