The HalzBot Jet Compact is probably one of the most affordable robotic vacuum cleaners on the market. Almost anyone can afford it, given the desire, as the average price in 2018 was under $35. The robot doesn't have any "superpowers" or additional features beyond its primary function of cleaning floors. It can clean all types of hard flooring, including parquet, tile, laminate, and wood, and it also does a decent job of cleaning carpet. However, the robotic vacuum offers a unique feature: the option to attach a damp mop attachment. While this isn't quite the same as a full-fledged wet cleaning, it's still a nice bonus for the low price. Equipment
The HalzBot Jet Compact robot vacuum cleaner comes in a cardboard box in the same color as the robot itself. It includes a plastic handle for easy carrying and transportation.

The device has a classic shape, typical of most automated robotic cleaners on the market: a "puck" shape when viewed from the side, but round when viewed from above or below.
Top view
The top features a single power button, a dust bin cover, and a button to open it. A soft bumper protrudes from the side, allowing the robot to detect obstacles and furniture in its path and avoid them.

At the bottom of the robot vacuum cleaner, we see the side drive wheels, the front swivel roller, the compartment cover for the nickel-metal hydride battery, two side brushes, and a holder for attaching a microfiber cloth for wiping the floor.

Functional capabilities
When considering the robot vacuum's features, don't expect any "miracles" at such a low price. The device's primary purpose is to pick up debris from the floor, and this model can even perform a wet mop. To do this, simply attach the attachment to the bottom of the unit with a pre-moistened cloth. It also boasts a three-stage cleaning algorithm, which is quite impressive for such a budget device.
The HalzBot Jet Compact robot is a vacuum cleaner. Its pump creates a vacuum, and through a suction port, the robot vacuums up dirt and dust collected by the side brushes and stores it in a dust container. The container is easily removed and emptied. There's no central turbo brush, but there's also no hassle with cleaning it.
The robotic vacuum cleaner's orientation is achieved through a soft bumper with sensors that help it recognize surrounding objects and change direction when it encounters them. The HalzBot Jet Compact's suction power is not adjustable.
The charging station and remote control are not included. The robot vacuum cleaner is controlled manually by pressing a button on the body. Recharging occurs when the HalzBot Jet Compact is connected directly to a power outlet using the power adapter.
Advantages and disadvantages
Of course, we could go on and on about the HalzBot Jet Compact's shortcomings: it doesn't include a docking station, remote control, motion limiter, programming feature, or even a timer, a UV lamp, a separate water tank, a navigation system, room mapping, smartphone control, suction power adjustment, and much more.
But is it fair to place high demands on this device at such a price? Absolutely not. Moreover, as our testing showed, it performs quite well at its primary function – cleaning rooms of dirt and dust.
It would be much more fair to list the main advantages of the robot vacuum cleaner at the end of the review:

- Compact size and pleasant bright appearance.
- Wet wiping of the floor.
- Three-step cleaning algorithm.
- The presence of a bumper and charge level indication.
- Russified software.
- Easy to operate and maintain.
