Functional capabilities
The Neato Botvac D75 robot vacuum cleaner offers a wide range of functions, and a quick overview reveals features that significantly simplify and improve cleaning. This wide variety of useful features allows the device to perform a wide range of cleaning tasks, making it an indispensable household assistant.
The robot's primary purpose is dry cleaning of spaces up to 70 square meters. Thanks to its Spin Flow high-speed dust collection technology, which is unparalleled in its field, the robot perfectly cleans hard flooring (laminate, parquet, linoleum, etc.), including low-pile carpet, from dust, dirt, hair, and other debris without direct human intervention. The unique design of the suction mechanism significantly increases the robot vacuum's power and improves cleaning quality.
The robot can clean the premises in two modes:
- Automatic mode (one-time cleaning of the entire room).
- Local mode (cleaning a specific area).
Botvision and LaserSmart, unique patented real-time laser scanning and room mapping technologies, allow Neato to perfectly navigate its surroundings. This improves cleaning quality and reduces cleaning time. The basis of the navigation system is a lidar sensor, housed in a tower on the top panel of the device and completely safe for children and pets. Thanks to this unique navigation system, the device doesn't move erratically like most other robot vacuums, but follows an ideal trajectory.
To prevent collisions with obstacles and soften the impact of accidental contact, the robot is equipped with a mechanical bumper with a built-in IR sensor. The integrated optical height sensors work together to detect changes in height, allowing the Neato Botvac D75 to accurately respond to even the slightest changes and prevent it from falling.
In addition to advanced navigation and scanning software, the robot vacuum cleaner features a double-width brush, a large dust container, and a functional, unique pleated filter capable of purifying the air of small dust particles and allergens. The improved design of the larger (28 cm) central rotating combination brush with bristle ropes helps even more effectively collect debris, hair, and pet hair. The square shape of the rear housing allows the main brush to be positioned as close to the edge as possible, increasing cleaning coverage. The cleaning power of the main brush is enhanced by the rotational side brush, which collects debris and dust from corners and rakes it into the central brush.
A magnetic strip is used to limit the robot's movement; when approaching it, the robotic vacuum cleaner changes its trajectory. Touch controls and a color LCD display located on the top surface of the body allow you to program a schedule for each day of the week, as well as the start time and cleaning mode.
In addition, there is an automatic charging base search function, which allows the D75 to automatically return to the charging base when the battery level is low, recharge, and, if necessary, continue working from where it left off.
Operating instructions
The package includes a manual describing the technical specifications and key features of the Neato Botvac D75, as well as instructions for use, storage, care, and safety precautions.
