Jimmy HW10 Pro: A cordless vacuum cleaner for complete floor cleaning and dry cleaning

The JIMMY HW10 Pro is a new and interesting convertible vacuum cleaner. Its design is quite unusual. When fully assembled, it functions as a cordless upright vacuum. The main unit can be detached from the body, creating a compact handheld vacuum. But that's far from all this model has to offer. It also features a floor cleaning function, a set of additional attachments, a replaceable carpet roller, and a self-cleaning station. In short, it boasts many useful engineering solutions that expand its capabilities and improve cleaning performance. The price of this unique vacuum cleaner is around $370, or $490 at the time of writing. I've thoroughly reviewed and tested the JIMMY HW10 Pro, after which I've expressed my opinion on whether it's worth buying. Let's get to the review!
Equipment
Let's start with the package contents. In addition to the main unit, the kit includes:
- Charging and self-cleaning base for a vacuum cleaner with holders for accessories.
- Removable handle.
- Engine compartment with installed removable battery.
- Replacement roller for carpet cleaning.
- Nozzle for cleaning upholstered furniture and mattresses.
- Attachment with sliding bristles.
- Crevice nozzle.
- Vacuum cleaner cleaning brush.
- Power adapter.
- Branded cleaning product.
- Operating instructions.
The package is good, let's move on!
Appearance
Let's take a look at the design of the JIMMY HW10 Pro. Let's go over the main components again. This includes the cleaning module at the bottom, with the dirty water tank located above it. Above that is the removable handheld vacuum cleaner, and finally, the handle itself. Now, let's take a closer look at each component.
The cleaning module consists of a single roller, in front of which is a water spray nozzle. If you want to clean your floors with this vacuum cleaner, keep in mind that water is not supplied automatically, but rather forced by pressing the corresponding button on the handle. Water is sprayed in front of the cleaning module, and then the roller collects it and sucks it into the dirty water tank. Therefore, we don't turn on the water—the roller is dry and you can simply vacuum. Very convenient.
The top cover is removable. The vacuum cleaner comes with a soft-bristled roller out of the box. It's better suited for cleaning hard surfaces and floors. The roller doesn't extend to the edge of the body, which is a modern solution. A carpet roller can be installed instead of the soft-bristled roller.
A squeegee and suction port are located behind the roller. The clean water tank is conveniently located within the cleaning module itself. It's removable and holds 500 ml.
Yes, and it's worth noting that the front curtain of the cleaning module raises and lowers. The manufacturer's instructions recommend raising it when cleaning floors and lowering it when cleaning carpets. It seems like the opposite is true.
Above the cleaning module is a 400 ml dirty water tank. Inside, there's a mesh filter with a sponge, electronic water level sensors, and a coarse filter. Don't be so quick to think it's a shame the lack of a HEPA filter is a shame. This isn't the entire filtration system.
So, just above is the removable main unit, which can be easily removed and put back.
It features a display that shows the battery charge, the selected operating mode, and service messages. Next to the display is a button to turn off voice notifications. The JIMMY HW10 Pro has integrated voice notifications in English. The vacuum cleaner's battery is removable, which is a plus. The dust container is emptied either by pressing a button, which opens the bottom, or by completely removing it from the motor compartment. The dust container, with a capacity of approximately 200 ml, also features a HEPA, foam, and mesh filter with a simple cyclone. This results in a multi-stage filtration system, which is a plus.
The handheld vacuum cleaner comes with three additional attachments: one for cleaning upholstered furniture, one with a motorized bristle-petal brush, and a standard attachment with sliding bristles and a crevice tool.
It's worth noting that the handheld vacuum cleaner has two operating modes: ECO and Maximum. The full model also includes Automatic, which automatically increases suction power; Floor cleaning mode with reduced suction power; Turbo mode; and Carpet cleaning mode with increased suction power.
The handle features three mechanical control buttons: water spray, power on/off, and mode switching. On the back of the handle is a slider; when raised, it extends a tube for connection to the motor unit. This creates an extension for collecting debris from the ceiling.
I'd also like to point out that the JIMMY HW10 Pro supports vertical parking outside of the docking station, and more importantly, the vacuum's tilt angle is significantly smaller than that of conventional upright wet vacuums. Here's a comparison:
You can't completely lay the vacuum down to clean the floor, but it can be lowered much lower and still operate at this angle. The only caveat is that the dirty water level in the tank will reach the sensors faster when tilted, causing the vacuum to shut off.
As for the station, the Jimmy HW10 Pro charges, self-cleans, and even dries the roller. However, drying is done with room-temperature air, so the roller won't be perfectly dry. At least excess moisture will be removed, reducing the risk of odor and bacteria growth. The roller will then dry naturally at room temperature.
The roller's self-cleaning and washing functions are a unique feature. Since water isn't supplied directly to the roller under the lid, as with other wet/dry vacuum cleaners, JIMMY engineers came up with a clever idea. A barrier was installed in front of the station's nozzle, which automatically sprays water during self-cleaning and then flows under the roller. From there, the roller rinses and cleans itself, drawing water into the dirty water tank. This unique solution is, in fact, just as effective as the traditional roller's self-cleaning method.
Technical specifications
The main characteristics of the JIMMY HW10 Pro, as stated by the manufacturer:
- Battery: Li-Ion, 3800 mAh.
- Power: 350 W.
- Working time: 20-80 min.
- Charging time up to 5 hours.
- Noise level: up to 70 dB.
- Clean water tank: 0.5 l.
- Dirty water tank: 0.4 l.
- Dust collector: 0.2 l.
- Weight: 7.4 kg.
It's worth noting that, compared to conventional wet/dry vacuum cleaners, this model is significantly more powerful. The battery also has a higher capacity, which is a plus. I personally tested the noise level, which is between 74.5 and 81 dB. It's slightly louder at maximum power, but not alarming.
Testing
A detailed video review of the JIMMY HW10 Pro, including all tests, has already been prepared and published:
Suction power
And finally, let's move on to the tests. First, let's check the suction power on the test bench. With the carpet roller attached, to my surprise, the JIMMY HW10 Pro was able to suck up debris from crevices up to 6 mm deep. But with the fluffy-pile roller attached, it easily cleans every crevice.
Opening hours
I also tested the battery life. The fully assembled vacuum cleaner lasted 27 minutes in Turbo mode, which is a good result. In automatic mode, the runtime is even longer. Meanwhile, with the upholstery attachment attached, which consumes additional power, the handheld vacuum lasted almost 28 minutes in Turbo mode, then switched to Eco mode for another 14 minutes. That's a total of almost 42 minutes of battery life. That's impressive. It can completely vacuum a car's interior or, for example, furniture on a single charge.
Dry cleaning
The JIMMY HW10 Pro does a good job of picking up debris on hard floors. I used a carpet roller for this purpose. It leaves a minimal blind spot in the corner, just a few millimeters, where the roller itself doesn't reach. All debris is collected in the dirty water tank. The roller does get tangled up in hair and lint, but it's easy to clean.
Carpet cleaning
This vacuum cleaner cleans carpets perfectly, again, with the carpet roller attached. It's powerful enough to thoroughly clean medium pile carpets. Test counts!
Handheld vacuum cleaner
Here's how to use the JIMMY HW10 Pro as a handheld vacuum cleaner. I think you'll find it useful around the home.
Washing the floor
Now, regarding floor cleaning, the JIMMY HW10 Pro handles everyday floor cleaning well, both on wood and tile. It doesn't leave streaks and, when used correctly, won't damage delicate flooring.
This cordless vacuum cleaner can be used not only for cleaning floors but also for vacuuming up liquids. And, as in my case, it even passed the now-traditional test of picking up a mixture of raw egg and flour. It took a while to suck up the eggshell, but it finally managed to suck it into the dirty water tank.
The JIMMY HW10 Pro can also be used to clean slightly dried-on dirt. As you can see, there are no marks or streaks left behind. The floor is perfectly clean.
The only caveat is that because the roller doesn't extend to the edge of the cabinet, a narrow strip of a few millimeters along the baseboard remains unwashed. Spraying it with water and then wiping the liquid off the floor can somewhat alleviate the problem. However, this isn't a solution. The engineers still have work to do.
This vacuum cleaner even removed tough, dried-on coffee and sauce stains. As with similar products, it took some time to remove the sauce stains—about 7 minutes in my case. I also used the brand's cleaning solution. It's very convenient that you can spray tough stains with water first, then let them soak for a bit while rinsing other areas. After that, they come out much faster.
We drain the dirty water, fill the second tank with clean water, and test the self-cleaning function. The lid is clean, and the roller is clean. There's minimal dirt remaining underneath, but it's not the same as most similar models. So, I think this model's self-cleaning function is well-implemented.
Personal opinion
The JIMMY HW10 Pro cordless stick vacuum cleaner was thoroughly reviewed and tested. I'll share the pros and cons I discovered. I liked the following:
- Suitable for complete dry cleaning and floor washing.
- Can be used as a compact hand-held vacuum cleaner.
- High-quality waste collection on various surfaces, including carpets.
- High-quality floor cleaning and removal of stains, even difficult ones.
- Suitable for collecting liquids from the floor.
- Long working time.
- Removable battery.
- Multi-stage filtration system.
- Automatic power increase.
- An interesting solution with water spraying in front of the cleaning module.
- Self-cleaning and drying function of the roller.
- The kit includes additional attachments for local cleaning.
- The angle of inclination is smaller than that of washing analogues.
- High quality assembly.
- Availability of warranty and service.
Speaking about the shortcomings, I would like to highlight the following comments:
- There remains an unwashed area along the baseboard and in the corners, due to the fact that the roller does not reach the edge of the body.
- Full drying of the roller with hot air is not provided.
- Slightly increased noise level at maximum power.
- Suction power is reduced when the carpet roller is installed.
- Small tanks for clean and dirty water.
Overall, the JIMMY HW10 Pro surprised me, intrigued me, and left me with a mostly positive review after testing it. The idea of combining a full-fledged dry vacuum cleaner and a wet/dry vacuum cleaner in one device is definitely very convenient, practical, and smart. This vacuum cleaner does its job well and is definitely recommended, but like other models, it has its shortcomings that the engineers still need to work on.
On that note, I'd like to end this review. If you have any questions, please ask them in the comments. Happy shopping. Bye!

Tell me what to do if I get an error: the dirty water tank is full, although it is clean.
