Ergonomics: 7 out of 10. The docking station is a positive feature; it's well-designed and allows not only for storing the device and its accessories but also for charging. The main unit isn't too heavy, so your hand shouldn't get tired during extended use. There's a charge indicator, but no display. The extension tube is removable, but its height is fixed, making it difficult to adjust to the user's height. The trigger must be held down at all times during operation; there's no locking mechanism. This is a major drawback, noted by many customers. It's also important to note the non-removable battery and the lack of LED lighting in front of the main attachment. Overall, there are some design flaws.

Cleaning quality: 7 out of 10. According to user reviews, the vacuum cleaner doesn't always do a good job of removing pet hair and isn't particularly effective on carpets.
