Roborock H60 Ultra: 210 watt suction power, backlight, bendable extension tube!

Hello to all readers of this project! In this video, I'll be reviewing the new Roborock H60 Ultra upright vacuum cleaner. It's priced between $250 and $300. For this price, the manufacturer offers a cordless vacuum cleaner with up to 210 watts of suction power, three cleaning attachments, a bendable extension tube, and a bright cleaning area light. So, below, I'll show you how the Roborock H60 Ultra works, test it out, and then highlight its pros and cons and offer my personal opinion. Let's get started!
Equipment
The vacuum cleaner arrived in a branded box like this:
The package includes:
- Main block.
- Extension tube.
- Basic floor nozzle.
- An attachment with a motorized brush for cleaning upholstered furniture.
- Crevice nozzle.
- Wall holder with fasteners.
- Charger.
- Operating instructions translated into Russian.
Appearance
Now let's take a look at the Roborock H60 Ultra's design. Its main color is black, combined with graphite-colored accents. Inside the main unit is a powerful motor generating up to 210 AeroWatts of suction.
The battery is removable, which is a plus. There's a charger port on the front. Battery level indicators are located under the handle.
On the end is an information display and two mechanical control buttons: power on/off and mode switching. Modes include medium, maximum, and economy. There is no automatic mode. The display shows the battery percentage, power level, and service messages.
The dust container is also removable, which is another plus. The main unit contains a filtration system using a fabric filter and HEPA. The dust container itself features a multi-cyclone system with a metal mesh. The container is emptied only after removing the filtration system by shaking it out.
Let's take a look at the included attachments. The main floor nozzle is the same as the one on the previously tested Roborock F25 ACE Combo. It features a swivel joint and a bright green backlight to help locate debris on the floor. The roller is open at the front to better capture larger debris. It can be removed without tools by releasing the latch on the side. The roller features a combination of fluffy bristles and petals, making it a versatile solution for both hard floors and carpets. Behind the roller are combs for detangling tangled hair and fur.
The nozzle for cleaning upholstered furniture and mattresses is also identical to the one included F25 ACE ComboThis attachment features a shortened silicone brush. This design helps remove tangled hair and pet hair. The turbo brush can be removed without tools.
The crevice tool is a standard design with retractable bristles.
The extension wand with a bendable elbow deserves special attention. Press a button, and it folds up, allowing you to clean under low furniture with virtually no bending.
A few words about the wall mount. It can be used to store the vacuum cleaner, the included attachments, and even charge the vacuum cleaner by installing the charging port inside.
The solution is convenient!
We assemble the upright vacuum cleaner and here's what it looks like when fully assembled:
The pros and cons of this design will be discussed during the final review. Let's move on!
Technical specifications
The main characteristics of the Roborock H60 Ultra, as stated by the manufacturer:
- Power consumption: not declared.
- Suction power up to 210 AW.
- Li-Ion battery 3000 mAh.
- Operating time up to 90 min.
- Dust collector capacity: 500 ml.
- Noise level 73-80.4 dB.
- Weight when fully assembled is 3 kg.
I personally measured the vacuum cleaner's noise level. It ranges from 73 to 80.4 dB, depending on the selected mode. This is slightly louder than similar vacuum cleaners. However, this is likely due to the power level, which will be tested.
The main unit weighs 1,787 grams, the extension tube weighs 345 grams, and the main floor nozzle weighs 855 grams. The fully assembled vacuum weighs 2,987 grams, which is quite standard.
Testing
A detailed video review of the Roborock H60 Ultra, including all tests, has already been published on the channel:
Opening hours
Let's move on to the tests. First, let's check the Roborock H60 Ultra's battery life at maximum power with the main attachment attached. It managed to run for 9 minutes and 25 seconds. This is a fairly standard result.
Suction power
In terms of power, the vacuum cleaner in Energy Saving mode was able to clean debris from a 10 mm gap on the simplest stand, as well as a good 18 mm gap and partially cleaned a 20 mm deep gap. In Medium mode, it cleaned a 25 mm deep gap well and partially cleaned a 30 mm deep gap. At maximum power, it easily cleaned debris from crevices up to 35 mm deep. So, this is certainly a powerful upright vacuum.
Collecting debris on laminate flooring
Now let's test how well the Roborock H60 Ultra picks up floor debris. I scattered various types of debris on the laminate flooring: hair, fur, grains, and other small household debris. This machine did a good job.
It's important to note that it has no problem picking up debris along baseboards and in corners, or even larger debris. It picks everything up thoroughly. The roller barely picks up any hair or fur. That's a plus!
Anti-tangle Hair Protection
I also checked the anti-tangle feature. The dry cleaning attachment did a fantastic job! All the hair was collected, and the roller was perfectly clean. A truly amazing brush!
Carpet cleaning
The vacuum also handles carpets well thanks to its well-designed roller. It's worth noting that the attachment doesn't stick to the carpet, which could interfere with the vacuum's operation. This is a plus.
Using additional attachments
It's also worth noting that the complete kit allows you to clean a sofa, areas beyond the reach of the main nozzle, and even the inside of a car. And thanks to the flexible connector, you can even clean under low furniture. Overall, this vacuum cleaner is suitable for a variety of applications.
Cleaning the dust collector
Finally, I'll tell you how to clean the dust container. Simply remove it from the main unit by pressing a button, pull out the multi-cyclone, and empty the contents from the container. It's simple and convenient. And most importantly, it eliminates any contact between your hands and the dust.
Personal opinion
The Roborock H60 Ultra upright vacuum cleaner was thoroughly reviewed and tested. First, I'll highlight the pros and cons I discovered during my initial testing, then I'll share my personal opinion of this model. I liked the following:
- In reality, the suction power is very high.
- High-quality debris collection on a variety of surfaces. Unlike many similar products, you no longer need to change roller attachments for hard floors and carpets, or replace the rollers themselves. One universal attachment does it all—it's very convenient, practical, and even more cost-effective!
- Multi-stage filtration system.
- A system to prevent hair from getting tangled around the roller has been implemented.
- The flexible extension tube makes it easier to collect debris under low furniture.
- Illumination of the cleaning area.
- Removable battery.
- Removable dust collector.
- Informative display on the body.
- A convenient wall holder that not only stores the vacuum cleaner and all the included attachments, but also quickly connects the battery to the charger.
- High-quality assembly and high brand reliability.
- Ergonomic design and stylish design. The vacuum cleaner is easy to use with one hand and has a modern look.
- Availability of warranty and service.
As for comments, I didn't like the following:
- There is no automatic power increase mode when detecting dirt and carpets.
- Slightly increased noise levels during operation. This is more of a nuance than a complaint, and is actually caused by the high suction power.
- There's no vertical parking position outside the holder. This means if you need to take a break while using the vacuum, you'll have to bend over and place it on the floor or prop it up.
So, what's the bottom line? I can say that, for me, the criticisms aren't critical, and this model's advantages are far more significant. Based on my testing, I can say that the Roborock H60 Ultra is a powerful, convenient, and effective upright vacuum cleaner from a reputable brand at a reasonable price. What more could you want? I see no reason not to recommend this device, especially if the price is closer to $200.
On that note, I'd like to end this review. If you have any questions, please ask them in the comments. Happy shopping, everyone. Bye!
