Therefore, this robot vacuum cleaner is best suited for cleaning smaller areas, up to 50 square meters.

The robot vacuum cleaner cleans with two side brushes that sweep up debris from the floor and direct it into the dust bin through a suction channel. The 350-milliliter dust bin is equipped with two filters: a coarse filter—a mesh that captures the bulk of the debris (dirt, pet hair, etc.)—and an EPA fine filter, which collects up to 99% of dust particles as small as 0.06 microns.

The Redmond RV-R450 has the following operating modes:

  • Automatic – cleaning the floor with a robot vacuum cleaner in accordance with a programmed algorithm (in small rooms with a large number of objects, the device moves from obstacle to obstacle; when cleaning rooms with a large free area, it moves in a zigzag pattern);
  • spiral – local cleaning along an increasing circular trajectory;
  • around the perimeter – the robot moves around, cleaning the entire available area along the walls and in the corners of the rooms.

You can change modes using the buttons on the remote control. You can also access the following functions from the remote control:

  • delayed start at a set time;
  • manual control of the robot vacuum cleaner;
  • Fast spiral cleaning in 30 seconds.

Overall, for $140-$170, this isn't the best option. There are more interesting robot vacuums in the sub-$150 segment, which we've reviewed in a separate ranking: https://robovac.washerhouse.com/en/rejtingi/robovac-roboty-pylesosy-do-15000-rublej.html.

The only positive aspects of this model are its small case height and the availability of a warranty.
