Liectroux i10: Not a budget option, 27,000 Pa, reasonable price

The affordable Liectroux i10 upright vacuum cleaner, priced between $100 and $130, boasts a claimed suction power of up to 27,000 Pa, automatic power boost when dirt is detected, a cleaning zone light, and a user-friendly design. Below, I'll thoroughly test the Liectroux i10, highlight its pros and cons, and then offer my opinion on whether this upright vacuum is worth buying. Let's get started!
Equipment
The vacuum cleaner arrived in a branded box like this:
The package includes:
- Main block.
- Removable battery.
- Extension tube.
- Basic floor nozzle.
- Attachment with sliding bristles.
- Crevice nozzle.
- A simple wall holder with fasteners.
- Charger
- Operating instructions translated into Russian.
The equipment is standard for the budget segment.
Appearance
Now let's take a look at the Liectroux i10's design. It's finished in graphite, with some Dyson-style stains on the body. It houses a 250-watt motor, generating up to 27,000 Pascal of suction power.
The battery is removable, which is a plus. The vacuum cleaner is charged through a port under the handle.
Turn on and off with a press of the thumb button. No need to hold it down. All information is displayed on the large display. It also has a touch-sensitive mode switch. It features an automatic power boost, Eco, Transition, and Turbo modes.
The dust collector is completely detachable, which is also good. The bottom latch is inconveniently located and can only be accessed by removing the flask. The filtration system consists of a fabric filter, a foam filter, a cyclone filter, and a mesh filter.
Let's look at the attachments included in the kit. There are three of them.
The main floor nozzle is equipped with a rotating joint and illumination of the cleaning area.
It has a fluffy roller, which is better suited for picking up debris on hard surfaces. The roller lock is removable by hand; no tools are required. There is no replaceable roller for carpet cleaning.
The nozzle with sliding bristles is of the usual design, like the crevice nozzle.
Well, here's what the Liectroux i10 looks like when fully assembled:
The pros and cons of the design will be discussed when summing up the results.
Technical specifications
The main characteristics declared by the manufacturer are displayed on the screen:
- Power consumption: 250 W.
- Suction power up to 27 kPa.
- Li-Ion battery 2200 mAh.
- Operating time up to 45 min.
- Noise level 75-84.5 dB.
- Weight when fully assembled: 2.52 kg.
Overall, the specifications are standard for this price segment. I personally measured the vacuum cleaner's noise level, which ranged from 75 to 84.5 dB. This is a higher noise level than similar devices.
The main unit weighs 1,496 grams, the extension tube 228 grams, and the main floor nozzle 793 grams. The fully assembled vacuum weighs 2,517 grams.
Testing
A detailed video review of the Liectroux i10, including all tests, has already been prepared and published on the channel:
Opening hours
And finally, let's move on to the tests. First, let's check the Liectroux i10's battery life in Turbo mode with the main floor nozzle attached. It managed 13 minutes and 41 seconds of runtime, which is generally a good result. The standard runtime for cordless vacuum cleaners is between 10 and 12 minutes.
Suction power
Regarding suction power, at the minimum setting, the Liectroux i10 was able to partially remove debris from crevices up to 10 mm deep on the simplest vacuuming stand. At medium power, it completely cleaned a 10 mm crevice. At the same power, it was able to reach crevices 14, 16, 18, and 20 mm deep. In Turbo mode, the vacuum cleaner even partially cleaned crevices up to 35 mm deep. So, overall, I can say that this vacuum cleaner has increased power.
Collecting debris on laminate flooring
Now let's test how well the Liectroux i10 picks up floor debris. I scattered various types of debris on the laminate flooring: hair, fur, grains, and other small household debris. It picked up the bulk of this debris. It's important to note that it has a small blind spot in the corner where the roller is unable to pick up debris. The roller itself was clean after the test; no hair or fur was caught on it.
Carpet cleaning
Low-pile carpets can still be cleaned with this vacuum cleaner. However, high-pile carpets can only be cleaned superficially, as the roller structure is not suitable.
Cleaning the dust collector
Finally, I'll explain how to clean the dust container. Detach it from the main unit and only then open the bottom latch. Hair and fur can get stuck in the container. In this case, you can remove the dust container, remove the filtration system, and shake out any remaining contents without touching the debris.
Personal opinion
The Liectroux i10 upright vacuum cleaner was thoroughly reviewed and tested. I'll highlight the pros and cons after a thorough examination of this device. I liked the following:
- Increased suction power.
- Long working time.
- Removable battery.
- Removable dust collector.
- Automatic power increase mode.
- Informative display on the body.
- Illumination of the cleaning area in the floor nozzle.
- Ergonomic design. The vacuum cleaner is easy to operate with one hand.
- Budget price, especially considering the exchange rate at the time of review preparation.
Speaking of shortcomings, here are the comments that were identified:
- The bottom latch on the dust container is inconveniently located. To empty it, you have to remove the container.
- Small blind spot in the corner.
- The kit does not include a carpet cleaning roller.
- There is no turbo brush attachment for cleaning upholstered furniture and mattresses.
- Increased noise level during operation.
- There is no vertical parking outside the holder.
Ultimately, I can say that most of the shortcomings are related to the vacuum's budget price, but there are also some specific criticisms. I would recommend considering this cordless vacuum if you don't have carpets in your home or if they have low-pile carpets. It would be especially appealing if the price is under $100, as it is during the sales season.
On that note, I'd like to end this review. If you have any questions, please ask them in the comments. Happy shopping, everyone. Bye!
