MIKO H11: An affordable upright vacuum cleaner with a long-lasting battery

Hello to all readers of this project! In this video, I'll be reviewing the new Miko H11 upright vacuum cleaner. Priced at $180, this device boasts three cleaning modes, a long-lasting battery, and a familiar design with two separate tanks and a floor cleaning roller. Below, I'll be thoroughly testing the Miko H11, highlighting its pros and cons based on the test results, and then offering my personal opinion. So, let's get started!
Equipment
The vacuum cleaner arrived in a branded box like this:
The package includes:
- The main block itself.
- Removable handle.
- Base for charging and self-cleaning.
- Power adapter.
- Vacuum cleaner cleaning tool.
- Branded cleaning product.
- Operating instructions in Russian.
I was pleased to see that the kit included a cleaning solution. Let's move on!
Appearance
Now let's look at how the Miko H11 is designed. Let's start with the cleaning module. It's a familiar-looking fluffy roller. It's not offset to the edge of the body.
The top cover is removable. A metal plate is installed behind the roller for self-cleaning the surface of dirt, hair, and various other types of contaminants. A squeegee for collecting liquid residue from the floor and a suction port are also included.
The arrangement of the tanks is also standard. The clean water tank is at the back and holds 500 ml. The dirty water tank holds 600 ml.
An H13 generation HEPA filter is installed inside. There is no coarse filter for liquid filtration. The water level is detected by electronic sensors.
The Miko H11 is controlled by three buttons on the handle: power on/off, switching between operating modes, and starting the self-cleaning function on the base.
There are three operating modes: automatic, a high-power mode that only cleans the floor, and a high-power mode in which the Miko H11 vacuums without supplying water. All information is displayed on the informative display.
There's also a button on the back of the handle to turn voice notifications on and off. The Miko H11 has built-in voice prompts in Russian.
Speaking of the base, the wet/dry vacuum cleaner charges and self-cleans on it. There's no roller drying function.
Technical specifications
The main characteristics of Miko H11, as declared by the manufacturer:
- Battery: Li-Ion, 4000 mAh
- Power consumption: 250 W.
- Suction power: up to 18000 Pa
- Operating time: up to 60 min
- Charging time: 4.5 hours.
- Clean water tank: 500 ml
- Dirty water tank: 600 ml
- Noise level: 75.5-78.5 dB
- Weight: 3.9 kg.
The increased battery capacity and increased suction power stand out here. I personally tested the noise level, which ranged from 75.5 to 78.5 dB. This is slightly higher than similar devices, but not critical.
Testing
A detailed video review of the MIKO H11, including all tests, has already been prepared and published on the channel:
And finally, let's move on to the tests. The Miko H11 performs well in everyday floor cleaning, both on laminate and tile. It doesn't leave streaks and, when used correctly, won't damage delicate flooring.
This device can be used not only for cleaning floors but also for vacuuming liquids. And, as in my case, the vacuum even passed the now-traditional test of picking up a mixture of raw egg and flour.
The Miko H11 can also be used to clean slightly dried-on dirt. As you can see, there are no marks or streaks left. The floor is perfectly clean.
The only caveat is that because the roller doesn't extend to the edge of the cabinet, a strip of about 2 centimeters wide remains unwashed along the baseboard.
This vacuum cleaner was able to remove even the toughest dried-on coffee and sauce stains. As with similar products, it took some time to remove the sauce stains. In my case, it took about 8 minutes to remove all the stains. This was done using the manufacturer's proprietary defoaming detergent included with the vacuum cleaner.
I also tested how this wet/dry vacuum cleaner can pick up various types of debris from the floor. The Miko H11 is capable of picking up even large debris. It leaves only a small blind spot in the corner where the roller can't reach.
While it's possible, it's not practical to clean carpets with the Miko H11. The roller structure isn't ideal, so it only picks up debris superficially. While cleaning performance is generally acceptable on low-pile carpets, its effectiveness on fluffy carpets is minimal.
Moreover, without water, the suction system, including the HEPA filter, quickly clogs, which damages the motor and reduces suction power. For such purposes, I still recommend using a dry vacuum cleaner with a turbo brush that matches the design. Even the Miko line offers such devices, which I compared in a separate video. I've included the link in the description.
The final test is to check the self-cleaning performance after all the tests. In this regard, the Miko H11 self-cleans on par with most similar products. It's not perfect, but acceptable. Some traces of sauce remain on the roller. However, the testing conditions were also quite challenging, admittedly.
In a domestic environment, after daily floor washing, self-cleaning does a better job, as the roller is not in such a bad condition.
Personal opinion
The Miko H11 upright wet/dry vacuum cleaner has been thoroughly reviewed and tested. I'll share my thoughts on it.
I liked the following:
- Capable of effectively washing floors and removing dirt.
- Suitable for dry cleaning on hard surfaces and low-pile carpets.
- Informative LED display on the body.
- Capacious battery.
- Voice notifications in Russian.
- Branded cleaning agent included.
- Availability of warranty and service.
- Optimal price.
Among the disadvantages I would like to highlight:
- There is a blind spot along the baseboard because the roller does not extend to the edge of the housing.
- There is no drying function for the roller on the base, which is already present in the older brother H11 Pro.
- Not suitable for cleaning carpets.
- There is no coarse filter in the dirty water tank.
- Non-removable battery.
Overall, most of the Miko H11's shortcomings are inherent to its price range, given the current exchange rate. Therefore, for a budget of under $200, I consider it a very good option compared to similar models. If you liked this wet/dry vacuum cleaner, I see no reason not to recommend it. It does its job well and costs two to three times less than premium models. Bye!
