Eufy RoboVac 25C

The robotics market is constantly seeing new and exciting models emerge, offering a wide variety of features and specifications to suit every taste. Buyers are faced with the difficult task of choosing a manufacturer, of which there are currently a huge number. In today's review, we'll look at a robot vacuum cleaner from Anker, which has been producing gadget accessories for about 10 years. Now the company has expanded its product range and recently released two new devices, one of which is the Eufy RoboVac 25C, priced under $150. This robot is designed for dry cleaning of any type of hard flooring (wood, tile, laminate, linoleum) and can also clean carpets, automatically increasing suction power. Let's take a look at the Eufy RoboVac 25C.
Equipment
The package includes:
- Robot vacuum cleaner.
- Charging station.
- Power adapter.
- Remote control.
- Spare side brush.
- Additional filter.
- Hair cleaning tool.
- Operating instructions.
As we can see, the package does not include a travel limiter, which can be considered a minor, but still a drawback.
Appearance
The robot vacuum cleaner has a traditional shape and a discreet, minimalist design. The Eufy RoboVac 25C's body is made of dark blue plastic. Its compact dimensions are 325 x 325 x 72.4 mm. The device weighs 2.45 kilograms.
The robot's front panel features an island with three control buttons with blue backlighting and a Wi-Fi indicator; the brand logo is located at the bottom.
When viewing the robot vacuum cleaner from the side, we see a button for removing the dust container with a capacity of 600 milliliters, ventilation holes and a protective bumper at the front with a small stroke.
The back of the Eufy RoboVac 25C features two drive wheels, a front swivel caster, a battery compartment, a power button, contact pads, a central turbo brush, and a pair of side brushes. The device is not designed for wet cleaning, so there's no cleaning pad attached to the bottom and, consequently, no water tank included.
The robot's perimeter is equipped with obstacle avoidance sensors, height difference sensors to prevent falls, and docking station detection sensors.

The device uses an improved brushless motor, which reduces the vacuum cleaner's noise level during cleaning. The average noise level is 55 dB, which is quite impressive.
Functional capabilities
The robot navigates its environment solely using built-in obstacle and fall detection sensors. A soft bumper further protects the body from mechanical impacts. In other words, navigation is very basic; no room map is built.
The Eufy RoboVac 25C robot vacuum cleaner cleans using a main turbo brush and two auxiliary side brushes. Collected debris is drawn into the dust bin through a suction nozzle.
The dust collector itself is a cyclone-type container. Its 600-milliliter capacity allows it to clean a room of 90 square meters without the need for daily emptying. The dust collector is equipped with a triple filtration system: one dual-layer filter and one high-strength HEPA 11 filter. This system makes the exhaust air much cleaner and fresher.
The main operating modes of the Eufy RoboVac 25C robot vacuum cleaner:

The vacuum cleaner can be controlled using buttons on the body, the included remote control, or the proprietary smartphone app. Voice commands are also an additional control method. The device is compatible with Yandex's Alice, Amazon's Alexa, and Google Assistant.
Advantages and disadvantages
The Eufy RoboVac 25C robot vacuum cleaner is priced at around $150. This places it in the mid-price range, and therefore meets appropriate requirements.
Pros:
- Small body height.
- BoostIQ technology.
- Large capacity waste container.
- Reduced noise level.
- Control via application.
- Working with voice assistants, implementation into the Smart Home system.
Cons:
- Poor navigation (based on sensors).
- There is no movement limiter included.
- Wet cleaning is not provided.
The Eufy RoboVac 25C is well worth its price. It's not the best robot in its class, but if there's a good offer (discount), it might be worth considering. However, the same Mijia 1C a more interesting and advanced option for the money.
