Top 6 New Window Cleaning Robots (2023)

Hello to all readers of the project! This review will cover the newest window cleaning robots of 2023, which have hit the market and are already available for sale. Unfortunately, the window cleaning robot market is not as dynamic as that of robot vacuums, so it's important to keep up with the latest models and their design and functionality changes. The top 6 window cleaning robots released in 2023 are listed. A brief overview of each model will help you choose the best option for your needs and budget. So, let's get started!
Hobot R3
The hottest new product of 2023 is a robot window cleaner. Hobot R3The robot is oval-shaped, and the cleaning module consists of two rotating round wipes.
The model's key feature is its dual ultrasonic spray of cleaning fluid onto the glass. This technology helps reduce the amount of cleaning fluid used, and by converting it into a dense mist, it minimizes streaks on the glass. Pre-wetting the wipers after starting the robot ensures improved adhesion to the surface, increasing friction and safety. Also, when cleaning large windows, the wipers remain moist throughout the entire cleaning cycle, improving dirt removal.
In addition, the new Hobot R3 boasts control via a remote control and a proprietary mobile app (with the ability to update software via OTA technology), Russian-language voice messages, and the ability to record your own creative messages.
Speaking of performance, during testing, the Hobot R3 demonstrated high exterior window cleaning efficiency, good navigation across windows of various sizes, and, last but not least, versatility. It can be used to clean mirrors, tiled walls, glass doors, and even horizontal surfaces. Add to this the high-quality materials and workmanship, a reputable brand, and a three-year warranty, and you have a truly noteworthy window cleaning robot.
The only caveat is the price. For the implemented set of features and design solutions, you'll have to pay around $300.
Atvel Zorro Z7
The next interesting new product on the robotic window cleaning market is the Atvel Zorro Z7. I've already done some cleaning on it. review in 2022, but in 2023 the model received a minor redesign and sales finally began.
This device is square in shape. It also features a water spray function, which delivers water to the surface through special sprayers inside the cloth. The cleaning fluid consumption is economical and optimal for keeping the cloth moist while cleaning windows. The Atvel Zorro Z7 boasts built-in voice alerts in Russian, a slim body with a folding handle, an extended power cord allowing operation at heights of up to 9 meters, and remote control. The robot is also quite quiet.
During testing, the robot demonstrated high-quality cleaning of windows of various sizes, good navigation, and an improved cleaning function along frames and corners. It can also be used to clean any other vertical surfaces, even frameless windows. The robot is priced at $250. Considering the full warranty and service included, the price is quite reasonable.
Ecovacs WINBOT W1 PRO
Ecovacs, a world-renowned company specializing in household cleaning robots, has also released a new product – the square Ecovacs WINBOT W1 PRO window cleaning robot.
The first information about it appeared in mid-2022, but sales began in early 2023. This robot also boasts a slim body and a water spray system for spraying water directly onto the glass. The cleaning fluid delivery technology, called Cross Auto-Spray, is unique – it uses a cross-flow spray from two nozzles. The manufacturer claims this ensures cleaning even in corners, a problem area for almost all robotic window cleaners. I can't say how this works in practice, as this is the only new window cleaning robot that hasn't yet been reviewed.
According to the manufacturer, the robot's navigation has been improved and its operation is safer. Control via a proprietary mobile app is also worth noting. The price, however, ranges from $300 to $370, placing it in the premium segment. While the sprayer's efficiency is definitely the most important factor, the robot is also on par with similar products in other respects.
Atvel Zorro Z6
Another new product from Atvel is a robot window cleaner. Atvel Zorro Z6It has a different body shape, oval. Accordingly, the cleaning module consists of two round pads.
The key feature of this model is its budget-friendly price. It's priced between $110 and $130. The robot is controlled by a remote control. It doesn't spray cleaning fluid. However, in terms of exterior window cleaning performance, I can say it's not much inferior to more expensive alternatives. The Atvel Zorro Z6 can also be used on other surfaces, such as tiled walls, mirrors, and glass doors. It also works on frameless surfaces. The design of this new product is a special highlight. It's bright and bold, so it might even be a suitable gift for a girl. I'd also like to point out that from April 1st to 22nd, we'll be offering a special offer. We're giving away an Atvel Zorro Z6 Among subscribers. By fulfilling a few simple conditions, you have a chance to receive a new robot absolutely free. Now, back to the review of the model itself: given the warranty and service, the robot is definitely worth the price.
Tookfun CW1
The list of new window cleaning robots continues with an interesting new model called Tookfun CW1.
This is also a budget model, priced between $110 and $125 at the time of writing. The robot is oval-shaped, and the cleaning pads are round. Surprisingly, at this price, it even includes an automatic water supply system. This features dual spraying via two nozzles located on opposite sides of the body. Another feature of the robot is its super-convenient storage and transport case. I personally really liked this feature.
There were no issues with the window cleaning performance, navigation, or other performance indicators during testing. Everything is on par with similar products. And, as with other robots, it can be used to clean a variety of vertical and even horizontal surfaces. The window cleaning robot is controlled via a remote control. I'd especially like the extended power cord and good build quality, especially for a budget-friendly model. Definitely one of the best new products of 2023, especially among affordable models.
GARLYN TwinClean
And finally, the TOP-6 new window cleaning robots are rounded out by another new product called GARLYN TwinClean.
The oval-shaped robot, correspondingly, features two round cleaning pads. It can be controlled via smartphone or remote control, has four operating modes, and most importantly, automatically delivers water to the glass via a special nozzle. The water flow rate is adjustable, making it very convenient. This robot can clean not only vertical but also horizontal surfaces. Like similar robots, it can also be used to clean mirrors, tiled walls, glass doors, and other hard, smooth surfaces. It also comes with a set of 14 reusable pads, which will last a long time. The price is $220. Considering the full manufacturer's warranty and customer support, this is a very attractive offer.
So, we've reviewed the best new robotic window cleaners of 2023. As you can see, progress never stands still, and manufacturers are constantly implementing new innovations to improve the quality of window cleaning, the safety of these devices, and their ease of use. I hope you found this top 6 interesting and were able to choose the best option for your needs and budget.
Finally, I recommend watching the video version of the TOP:
Happy shopping everyone. Bye!

I didn't get the top coat, but I didn't miss out and bought an R3 Hobot two weeks ago. We tried it out this weekend—it's fantastic! It got all the windows sparkling clean after the winter. The mirrors are next on the list this weekend!
Hobot is great, of course, but the DAJET W200 with ultrasonic spray costs a third as much. And considering that, judging by the reviews, all the washers clean almost identically except for corners, the 20,000-ruble overcharge seems questionable.
I want to try this technological marvel. What's the cheapest, yet at least somewhat high-quality, robot I can try?
Tookfun, I think, or Liectroux
