I haven't had a detailed review, so I can't pinpoint any pros or cons. But I think it's on par with the previous two in terms of cleaning quality and functionality.

Both will cover the entire area available for cleaning. That said, I can say the Atvel R70 is a good value for the money. It's well-equipped, suitable for both dry and wet cleaning, and can vacuum and mop simultaneously. It can be controlled not only via an app but also with a remote control. The latter option is convenient for older users or if there's no Wi-Fi in the home for some reason. Like previous entries in the ranking, the Atvel R70 demonstrated good cleaning performance on hard surfaces. It has some issues cleaning medium-pile carpets, but its cleaning performance is acceptable for everyday use.
