This means unplugging the power cord from the base and plugging it into the vacuum while it's off. There's a socket near the power switch for plugging it directly into the vacuum without the base.
The instructions say: "Lo—the battery is almost empty and needs to be charged soon." The Lo notification appeared during cleaning, and the vacuum stopped immediately. It refused to return to its base, so I manually placed it there. It wouldn't charge; the display simply turned off and that was it.
