EUFY by ANKER: Personal Opinion on the Manufacturer + Review of the Eufy Robot Vacuum Cleaner

Hello to all site readers! With this post, I'd like to launch a separate series of reviews dedicated to robot vacuum brands. I'll discuss what distinguishes each brand's products from others, the characteristic features of each product in the company's lineup, their pros and cons, and all of this based on my personal experience. The pioneer in this field will be the Eufy brand from Anker. I was fortunate enough to test three of this company's robot vacuum cleaners, one upright vacuum, and even other devices within the Smart Home ecosystem. Let's take it one step at a time. So, let's get started!
Briefly about the brand
First, a few words about the brand. Anker was founded in 2011 in China. Its founder, American Stephen Yang, formerly of Google, decided to launch his own brand of various smart gadgets and accessories. This led to batteries, charging cables, and other devices. Later, the product range expanded significantly, and subsidiaries specializing in specific technology segments were established. Eufy, for example, took on the smart home device business. The company now produces robot vacuum cleaners, video surveillance systems, smart door locks, floor scales, and even smart speakers. They recently added their first upright vacuum cleaner to their lineup, which I've already reviewed.
The main things we know: The company was founded in China, its primary sales channel is Amazon, and manufacturing is concentrated in China. The company officially entered the Russian market in 2019. Sales began actively in 2020, and Eufy products can now be ordered not only through popular marketplaces but also seen, touched, and purchased in large chain stores such as DNS, M.Video, and Eldorado. It can be said that the company's entry into the Russian market was a success.
Advantages and disadvantages
Well, after a short explanation, I'll share my personal opinion on the EuFy robot vacuum cleaners from Anker, which I reviewed. For clarity, I tested them Eufy G10, G30 And L70.
First, about the positive qualities of Eufy robots. Of course, this high build qualityI would say it's not inferior to the same Roborock or Ecovacs. Besides, Eufy robotic vacuum cleaners They're easy to maintain, and all components are well-designed. So, there are absolutely no complaints in terms of ergonomics.
The second advantage of Eufy robotic vacuum cleaners is their uniquenessThis isn't an OEM product, and some of its developments are completely unique. For example, the new Eufy X8 Hybrid robot vacuum cleaner features two suction turbines, doubling its suction power.
The next one is high-quality proprietary softwareDespite being a foreign brand, the app runs quickly, without any lag or crashes. There are no issues registering an account or managing the app.
Well, the fourth thing I would like to note is – optimal priceEufy robot vacuums aren't exactly budget-friendly, but they're also far from expensive. Considering the warranty support, the presence of official distributors, and the high quality of the robots themselves, their price isn't exorbitant, unlike other American products.
Speaking of disadvantages, I have only one general comment about Eufy robot vacuum cleaners - so far functionality lags behind competitorsIt's already 2022, and they haven't even released a self-cleaning station yet, let alone a wiper rinsing station or an object recognition system. However, for those who aren't chasing features and simply value home cleanliness, cleaning quality, and reliability, choosing the right robot model will definitely solve the problem.
As for the experience of using other equipment from the Eufy company, the upright vacuum cleaner Eufy HomeVac S11 Reach I also left a largely positive impression. It shares all the common features: high-quality build quality and a reasonable price. I was given a Eufy video surveillance system to try out: two wireless outdoor cameras with a station.
These cameras are equipped with a wide range of features. They include night vision, a motion sensor, smart home integration, and even instant notifications to your smartphone. Not to mention complete protection from moisture and dust, as well as the ability to operate in low temperatures. Overall, this is a truly useful and user-friendly security system that hasn't caused any issues so far after several months of use.
So, if you're choosing a robot vacuum cleaner and aren't sure about Eufy as a manufacturer, you can trust my opinion. The robots are reliable and effective. The key is choosing the optimal model for your needs and budget, and I can help with that.
I hope this information was helpful and dispelled any concerns you may have about this new player in the robot vacuum cleaner market. If you have any questions, please ask them in the comments. Happy shopping, everyone. Bye!

Unfortunately, this is a disposable vacuum cleaner. It lasts for a year at most, then it's trash. Because there are no batteries for the l70 available for sale.
