Eufy RoboVac 35C

Today, we'll be reviewing the mid-priced Eufy RoboVac 35C, a robot vacuum cleaner for dry cleaning hard and carpeted floors. The recommended retail price is $199.90, but you can get it for less (around $170) on sale. For this price, Anker offers a device capable of cleaning not only small debris and dust, but also larger debris, hair, and pet hair. The vacuum is also designed for cleaning low- and medium-pile carpets, a definite plus. Its key advantages include app control and an expanded package, including a magnetic strip. Later in the review, we'll dive deeper into the features of the Eufy RoboVac 35C.
Equipment
The Eufy RoboVac 35C comes in a colorful, compact branded box with a convenient plastic handle for easy carrying. This box features a photo of the device and a brief description of its key features and functions. It also includes protective outer packaging.
Opening the box, we see that the components are neatly arranged in individual bags and placed in a cardboard tray. There's a protective cover on top to protect the case from damage during transportation.

Appearance
The RoboVac 35C robot is made of high-quality black plastic and is shaped like a puck, creating a near-perfect circle when viewed from above. Most of the body is matte, but there are glossy sections on the sides. Its compact height (72 mm) and tapered edges allow it to reach into hard-to-reach places, under furniture, and over thresholds.
The front panel of the robot vacuum cleaner features a framed "island" with three blue-backlit touch control buttons for start/stop, mode change, and docking, as well as a separate Wi-Fi connection indicator. The panel is covered with a pattern and small dots. The Eufy logo is printed at the bottom.
The front of the Eufy RoboVac 35C robot vacuum features a spring-loaded bumper with a set of obstacle-avoidance sensors and rubber protective inserts. The dust bin is removable at the rear with the press of a button. It is a transparent, bagless 600-milliliter container with pre- and fine filters.
When reviewing the Eufy RoboVac 35C from the back, you can see the drive wheels with a strong tread, a swivel wheel, charging contact pads, a power switch, a battery compartment, two side brushes, a main brush, and a suction module.

Let's move on to an overview of the robot vacuum cleaner's functionality.
Functional capabilities
The Eufy RoboVac 35C is unable to create a virtual map of the room, and its movements during automatic cleaning are largely erratic. The robot's navigation is based solely on information received from its obstacle avoidance and height sensors. Therefore, the device may wander into undesirable areas. To prevent such situations, the manufacturer includes a magnetic strip.
In addition to automatic operation, the RoboVac 35C has the following operating modes:
- manual – the direction of the robot’s movement is set using a remote control or a mobile application;
- quick cleaning – the robot vacuum cleaner covers the maximum possible cleaning area within 30 minutes, after which it returns to its base;
- local – cleaning a small area of the floor in a spiral;
- around the perimeter – thorough cleaning of the surface along the walls and in the corners.
Floor cleaning is accomplished with two side brushes and a main turbo brush, which effectively picks up larger debris and even cleans low- and medium-pile carpets. Thanks to BoostIQ technology, the Eufy RoboVac 35C robot vacuum automatically increases suction power on carpets for a more thorough clean. This also increases the noise level.
The robot is also equipped with a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi module. The Eufy Home mobile app is available for download on Android and iOS devices. The app lets you configure the operating mode, direct the robot to the charging base, search for it, and schedule cleaning by time and day of the week.
I'd especially like to highlight the robot vacuum's integration with the Alice voice assistant, one of the most popular Russian-speaking assistants. This allows the device to be integrated into a Smart Home system, significantly simplifying its use.
Advantages and disadvantages
As per tradition, we conclude our review with a list of the pros and cons of the Eufy RoboVac 35C robot vacuum cleaner.
Pros:
- Low height, which allows you to drive into hard-to-reach places.
- Extended package.
- Several operating modes.
- Set up a cleaning schedule by time and day of the week.
- BoostIQ technology.
- Control from a smartphone.
- Integration with the Alice voice assistant and the Smart Home system.
- Voice and light notification.
The only downsides of the Eufy RoboVac 35C robot vacuum include weak navigation based on obstacle and height sensors, as well as the lack of mopping support. Therefore, at $170-$200, it's far from the best option.
